Lee was awesome. He had to install and move my boiler from one side of the house to the other. He was very professional, did a great job. Great to have hot water again.

I would like to leave an extremely positive review for Master Gas, especially for Lee.

I had a problem with my boiler and the gas engineer I usually use was unavailable. Thanks to the excellent Google reviews here, I decided to contact Lee — and he absolutely lived up to every single one of those great reviews.

First of all, he replied to my message very promptly, which was already impressive. I was also very lucky that he had availability the same day because someone else had cancelled.

Lee came over and did an excellent job. Throughout the whole process he showed me the problems and clearly explained the repair and the costs involved. He even took the time to go and collect the necessary parts.

While he was there, I also decided to have a full boiler service done with him, which turned out to be the best decision. During the service he identified three legitimate issues that could have led to more serious problems in the future if they hadn’t been addressed.

He replaced all the necessary parts and showed me exactly why they needed replacing — they were clearly worn and obsolete, so there was no question about it. After the work was completed, my boiler honestly felt like a brand-new one.

Another thing that really impressed me is that I occasionally used to notice a slight smell of gas in the bathroom. Since Lee completed the repairs and service, that smell has completely disappeared. I believe his work ended up fixing that issue as well, even though it wasn’t the original reason I called him. That made me extremely happy and, more importantly, I now feel very safe and confident with the work he carried out.

His work was impeccable. Lee is clearly extremely knowledgeable, honest, and professional. There was no pressure, no unnecessary upselling — just a skilled engineer who truly knows what he’s doing.

He is extremely competent and his prices are also very fair.

I highly recommend Lee and Master Gas to anyone needing boiler repairs or servicing.

Lee arrived spot on time re my boiling hot water tap .. seemed the tank was leaking a little. Said he'd be happy to fit me a new one and that I should maybe order one from the same firm as before. He was recommended to me by a friend who has used MasterGas Heating for several jobs that Lee has undertaken really well. Found him very personable, helpful - so I shall line him up, as the saying goes!

This is the second time I’ve used Lee. When I had a problem with my boiler, he identified the issue and managed to get the parts ordered quickly. He kept me informed about the order and exactly when he’d be back to repair the boiler. He was also able to service it and sent the certificate over within a few hours.

Lee gave me a quote and day and time for the job. I was sent reminders and texts on the day and he arrived on time. He helped sort our timer out that was somehow set at 2008 and then serviced our boiler. The price we paid was one quoted....no sneaky add ons. Certificate and receipt sent next day. Excellent work and will definately use again.

Lee did a great job fitting our new boiler last year. Booked annual service, received confirmation followed by reminder day before and text on the day advising expected time of arrival. Excellent and reliable service from Lee as always.
