No response re order.

I ordered a downlight on 19th Dec to finish a job. It was supposed to be in stock and same day despatch. I emailed Mastertrade 23rd Dec for an update as it was showing on my account as "Processing". So far, no response and still "Processing". Not impressed.

Great post sales customer service

I bought some downlights from Mastertrade having carefully researched which ones to get and found them to be competitivly priced there. They were delivered in good time and I was very happy with the products (Forum SPA). Over several months some of them have failed and started flashing. I called customer services and they have been responsive and worked to confirm warranty terms with the manufacturer. Replacements have been arranged efficiently. I couldn't ask for more from a supplier. Very professional and good customer services.

Dodgy Prices

Ordered an item from Mastertrade, only to find them cancel and change the price and invite me to re-order at a higher price. Refund given, but very disappointed that my order was cancelled and false prices were advertised.
I don't think I will be re-ordering from them.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but the prices we originally received from Dilog were incorrect, and fulfilling your order would have resulted in a significant loss for us. As a result, we had to cancel the order, and a refund was issued immediately.

Please note that we have over 90,000 products listed online, and in rare cases, pricing discrepancies can occur due to supplier information.

Deffo use again.

Initial delay in ordering from the manufacturer. One phone call asking 'Where's my stuff?' and the order was traced, actioned and it arrived 24 hours later. A system hiccough I suspect. This happens....

I am an electrician & you need wholesalers you can trust, I always have great service from Mastertrade. The delivery is always extremely quick & whenever I have had an issue the customer service team has been great.
Highly recommend!

The fastest deliverey out there.

The speed at which the order was processed, dispatched and received was outstanding.
Also, the price was the most competitive price I found.
I have added Mastertrade to my book marks to use in the future.

So kind and helpful

So kind and helpful . I was stuck for specific plug sockets to finish my kitchen installation before Christmas . Totally unreasonably requested next day delivery on 16th Dec . Didn’t expect them to come up with the goods but they did . Thank you so much . Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here in future .
