I had issues with actually sending money to the company for the investment. Initially it seemed that the company wanted to get full access to my bank account and information, which i found very concerning. When I raised a question, I was told to use the routing number to transfer from my checking account, but after several attempts, with people from the company assisting, it was apparent this was not going to work.

Eventually i ended up wiring the funds, but never received a confirmation that the funds were received, in spite of requests, and the on line account information seemed to indicate that the amount was still outstanding. Since i am getting this survey, i assume it has been received, but i would have appreciated receiving an email confirming receipt, in response to my request.
