Pretty good matcha.

Order originally arrived (and took a while to do so) as an empty tin despite order the bundle that comes with a 30g pouch. I emailed regarding an update on the order status prior to delivery to chase when it would arrive, but when it arrived empty I hopped onto the website chat to get advice from an advisor. I mentioned I had emailed with no reply, they offered to resend my order and also add in an extra pouch. This got dispatched earlier in the week but has still not been received despite being sent on a 24 hour service with Royal Mail. Royal Mail are showing as still waiting to receive from supplier. I ordered on the 10th of January and to still be waiting is very disappointing, and now the replacement has gone missing. I have tried to make contact again and If I receive no response I will escalate this to a charge back from my credit card company. Checked trust pilot to see if other were having issues but it seems there are not a lot of recent reviews. Just leaving this to warn others!

I was so pleasantly surprised about this matcha brand! I heard about matcha please from a creator on tiktok and decided to give it a try. It’s a really great quality matcha, and really worth the price

Really yummy matcha for those wanting to get into the matcha world. Cheaper than a Starbucks but still a bit expensive if you want a daily matcha. Really worth it as matcha gives me energy without the crash I get from coffee.

I first tried the blueberry at a pilates workshop, where the owner spoke about going to Japan and sourcing etc. Great to hear and even happier to support! Great taste without any additives. I also ordered the Vanilla which is great but blueberry is by far my fave! The amount of product in one sachet compared to other companies as well- 10/10!
