Ordered 6/11/25 and it’s 7/4/25 no order, had a second charge on my account this morning for a product I never received! I’m disputing both charges with my bank and will never deal with this company again!!

Total scam. Ordered 6/2/2025, never received delivery. June 8, 2025 emailed the company, received 2 separate responses with completely different information. One, “we’re sorry, but just so back logged, will put a rush on it.” Second, 2 minutes later, “we’ve cancelled your order, refund will be credited to your account within 24 hours.” No delivery, or refund. When I went on my bank platform to file a dispute, they charged me again, but a different amount. So look over your statements… they’re super scammers.

SCAM ordered my product on the 15th. It said it would be here in 3 to 5 days still not here. I've emailed the company 2 times with no response.

Total SCAM. Ordered a product thru Match on Facebook. On June 1st. Said 3-5 days USPS shipping. Today is June 27th and no word on shipping. They said they will message me when it ships. Never got a message and still not here. I called my credit card company to cancel the charge. TOTAL SCAM is Match Cosmetics. Stay away from this one.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered on 6/8/25 it's now 6/19/25 and still no product. I've sent emails and contacted them through their site and nothing!!! No reply at all. I want my money back ASAP! Do not buy from this company they are not a responsible company!!!! 0000 is the only score I give them.

Ordered on 4/26, and after inquiring about its shipping status a week later I was given the runaround by "Gerald" in customer service. He claimed they were having fulfillment issues and told me to be patient. After a continued lack of update, I requested for my order to be canceled THREE times (on 5/8, 5/10, and 5/12). "Gerald" stopped responding. I opened a chargeback claim with my credit card company, sending them all email correspondence as evidence of this company's dishonesty and unwillingness to actually serve its customers. My charge was immediately reversed, but full completion of the chargeback would take 30 days.

On June 12th, Match contested my chargeback (LOL) saying that they were shipping the order (the one I told them to cancel THREE TIMES a month earlier). They reached out to both my credit card company AND to me telling me that I should reverse my claim (lol, no). I told them not to ship the product. They then proceeded to ship it anyway on June 13th. I have not opened the package, but I did notify the company that if they do not provide a pre-paid label to ship it back to them then I will be throwing the unopened package in the trash in 7 days.

I have provided my credit card company with the additional correspondence and have no doubt that any reasonable reviewer of the sequence of events will resolve it in my favor. The headache of it all, however, is unbelievable.

This company is dishonest, uncommunicative, and despicable in its business practices. Do NOT order anything from them.

I ordered on April 25 and just received on June 16. There were no updates and it's absolutely impossible to get a human to speak to.

My first impression is that the bottle is cheap, white plastic with a boring white gloss label haphazardly slapped on it. I was super excited to see the product in action......nothing. Absolutely nothing! It's plain lotion in a bottle and for $74...I feel like I was swindled. Don't waste your money. Buy lubriderm.....it's the same thing and much less costly.

Ordered on May, 31, 2025 and have yet to receive anything or notification of shipment progress. I have attempted to call and no one answers the phone. I have disputed the charge with my credit card as I can't get a hold of anyone and there is no communication on progress. This seems like a scam.

I have been waiting over 2-1/2 months for my shipment. I was charged and have since requested for a full refund. It takes the customer representative over a week to respond to my emails. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and the shipping delays. How long will it take for a refund? Hopefully not 2-1/2 months. Beware of this company.

I gave 1 star because I can’t give them zero! I paid for a product two months ago and after emailing numerous times I was told they would refund me, then they retracted and advised they cannot issue a refund since the item shipped. The item has never shipped, I filed a dispute with my bank and a complaint with the BBB. Almost 3 months later, no refund, no product and no resolution. I hope they end up with a class action against them. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT OR GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

I ordered match cosmetics the first time and received my product within two weeks. I ordered again on March 15, 2025 and have yet to receive anything. I have emailed them and they respond by saying they’re overwhelmed right now with orders and they’ll keep an eye on my order and keep me updated.They sent me a tracking number, but the post office in Florida is waiting for the product to arrive. That was March 15, 2025 when I received that email so the tracking order has been in place since the 15th and still nothing. Hopefully I can go to PayPal and get my money back. Sadly, I won’t order again even though I liked the product.

I ordered this product in January. The product is not foundation, it is lotion...it has no pigment. The bottle looks nothing like as it is shown online. After sending emails for almost 4 months, they offer 75% refund to cover shipping although I PAID for shipping. They say I do not have to return the product, so why not give 100% refund? I emailed again and am told my concern is under "review". This is not a legitimate company and if they claim to be, they have serious issues. At this point I am filing a fraud dispute with my bank and the BBB.

I paid for a product I never received. Ordered beginning of March.

Customer service is awful. I still don't have my refund, 4 weeks later. They keep emailing me back to negotiate how much of a refund I get. First it was 10%. Then 20%. I'm up to 50% now but I'm telling them each time to stop wasting my time and give me the promised 100% refund. I am so upset with this scam and fraud of a company.

First order successful but took about two weeks for shipping. Second order terrible! Never even shipped, customer service SUCKS and had to dispute the charge with my bank in order to get my refund. I will never order from match cosmetics again. Pretty unfortunate because I actually like the makeup.

No product. No response to emails. Guess I can kiss my money goodbye. I'll do more research next time. Don't buy from this company.

They can improve by actually sending the product customers pay for!! It has been 2 months and still have not received my buy 1 get one free product. NOW… I get no response to emails and I still have nothing. I guess I’ll chalk this up to a $44 and some change lesson!! Total scammers don’t waste your money or your time!! Bunch of frauds! 🖕🏻

DO NOT buy from this company. They don’t ship the product, and takes months to even answer inquiries, and then it’s the same old thing, take pictures. Take pictures of what! Crooks!

This is a total scam. Paid my $40 for buy 1 get one free and never received my product. I have emailed several times and got 1 reply that they were working on it and then nothing. I should've done more research. What a scam. Very disappointed.

I placed an order on 1/18/25. I’ve yet to received the product ordered. I have sent three emails with no response. Do not waste your money with this company.
