I am putting this information out to warn other customers.

I ordered the Ocean Serenity Necklace. I think most will agree that the picture of it is fabulous, and I was attracted by the $100 off, and also the fact that it is handcrafted – pictures of a storefront suggest that the shop is located somewhere in a quaint part of America, with a white American woman with blond hair carefully crafting each item as they advertise.

After waiting over a month for it to arrive, with various emails apologizing for the delay, it did finally arrive. Unfortunately, it looked nothing like the photos. The frame was the same, but the blue was a piece of cheap plastic, and there were no stones on it as in the marketing picture. I value it at around $6.00. I contacted customer service, who were very polite and said they would be happy to refund my money if I returned the product. They provided me with an address in China. However, they wanted me to have the item tracked before they would refund my money.

I packed up the necklace and went to UPS, only to find that tracking an item back to China would cost double the value of the item. I paid $34 for the necklace, and the cost of returning it to China (with tracking) was a cost of $64, and this was the lowest price. Obviously, I was not going to do this, so I contacted customer support again and received yet another polite email saying they would be happy to refund me 20% (a value of $6.00 and I could keep the product.) I told them I did not want the product and requested a full refund, as it was not what was advertised. I then received a repeat email – signed by a different name – from customer support suggesting I send it back to China for a full refund. I then realized these ‘polite’ emails are AI-generated, and there was no personal contact going on regarding my complaint.

I have since dropped the issue as it is not worth my time, and I will probably throw out the piece of jewelry, as I would not wear anything plastic. My lesson – but I want to warn others. There are positive trust pilot reviews on their website, so perhaps I was unlucky and had a damaged product. (Their website also states that they have had over 1432 reviews on Trustpilot, but on the Trustpilot site, it says they have had 59 reviews...which one is accurate?)

Be warned - when they say a 30-day money-back guarantee, it will cost you more to get your money back. Very disappointed and feel as though I have been scammed.

Long shipping time, poor tracking visibility (shipped from China) and poor quality. Very cheap materials, not at all as pictured - the metal is not stainless steel nor real silver - looks and feels costume. 'Gemstones' are wavy, not smooth & somewhat cloudy. High price for junk jewelry. No phone number to contact - should have noticed this red flag before ordering. I'd recommend staying away from this site and the many other on-line sites with duplicate jewelry - they are scams...shame on me for falling for beautiful story & AI created site!

I would give them Zero stars if possible. The jewelry is junk. It barely represents what you see online, only a cheap and tacky version when you receive it. I told them I wanted to return it all. I got an address, and it sat in a postal area in China for three months. When it got returned, it had been stamped "refused." They refused the return, even after saying I could return it, and after sending it back at my expense. They're a scam company. Don't buy anything from China.

Bought 2 pairs of earrings on Dec. 19 2025. (Total $44.67) LONG story short, after exchanging 15+ emails with these people ("Sheena" & "Raph") in CHINA beginning 12/29 through JAN 02, 2026 about returning them & being refunded I finally gave up and Called Citibank today, January 3, who I have my Mastercard with. = We’ve resolved this case in your favor and issued a permanent credit of $19.95 to your account. +Good news! We’ve taken care of your dispute and your credit of $24.72 is permanent. Total Relief.
All I heard was how sorry they were I was so disappointed with what I got, how they wanted to resolve the problem Promptly/Quickly, how they completely understood,thanks for being so understanding & patient with them...ad nauseam. They first offered me a 15% refund=$6.70, Then they upped it to 20%= $8.80 Needless to say they never bothered to credit my account.
I've read MANY OF THE OTHER REVIEWS AND EVERY SPECIFIC complaint/fact given I SAW WAS true. I could go on, but I think you get the idea. Citibank said since they operate out of China they are NOT subject to US Laws. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from an ad I see in Instagram again.
This was the Mathilda & Milo Jewels store, and they also use many other names of phony places/people as well. Buyer Beware is an Understatement. If you paid with your credit card, call the bank/company and they should delete the charges so you do NOT lose your money.

Ordered on Dec 11th and received after Christmas! Product does not match the picture and the quality is crap. I would never buy here again! I don't even trust them to send the item back and actually receive my refund.

Bought a ring that looked of high quality (and real silver) online. When it was delivered, it was clearly cheaply made and not real silver. Went to return it immediately and found out that I would have to ship it overseas to China (even though it was mailed from the US). The shipping cost will be almost as much as the ring, so not worth it. What a scam.

Terrible! Claimed they were having a “going out of business” sale! They are NOT going out of business as now they are advertising a holiday sale! The two items I ordered look NOTHING like the pictures on their website. Very cheaply made and look very cheap unlike the website pictures. Even the metal colors are off! I wrote them to get a refund, they asked for pictures which I sent. They didn’t reply so wrote them again. Then they replied that I had to return the items to China and I had to pay for the shipping.

I saw a beautiful ring on instagram and it was on sale over 50% off! That it was on instagram and half off should have been my first clue. But I thought, I'll go to the website...I ordered the ring and when it came today I was of course initially excited. The image online was a beautiful vintage silverish hammered band with rings of zirconia all around the bands edges on the top and bottom. The band itself was kind of a light gold as if the silver had been 'tarnished' in a very beautiful finish. I opened the package to find a cute little box with a slide out draw and when I pulled the ring out I was blown away at how cheaply made it was! Other than the shape of the ring, it looked NOTHING like the image advertised! Thankfully I only lost 32.95 but still! STAY AWAY from this company, it's just another crap peddling con job. I'm sure returning it is going to cost me more than I spent to get it.

I ordered a pearl necklace and it arrived broken. It is nice but it doesn't look nice on me and I would like to take advantage of the 30-day Money Back Guarantee and return it. They are not responding to my emails and I was not able to locate the customer service telephone number.
Based on this experience I would not recommend dealing with the vendor.

This is such a scam so they take pictures of expensive looking jewelry, then they send you gumball machine jewelry 😏😤.
Then if you send email they take there sweet time then tell you to send it to china. But there using American pics

My experience has been consistent with other negative reviews. Poor quality of materials and awkward clasps on necklace and ear rings. When a return was requested I was given an address to send it to in China for a cost greater than 2 times the cost of the purchase. Crazy!!!!NOT an honest business for sure.

I’ve been wearing the rose quartz band basically nonstop since it arrived. There’s something calming about it, maybe the color, maybe the fit, not sure. It came with this tiny care card that felt surprisingly thoughtful, like they knew this piece would mean something to someone.

Absolutely NOT what I expected! The gold looks fake, the "dimonds" have no sparkle! You can do better in a gumball machine. Returns, you have to ship to China...lol. No joke, the shipping will cost you more than the product! Stay away from this company.

I ordered earrings with a turquoise stone. The stone was a STICKER!. Solid turqoisue no grain. And the setting was paper-thin to only fit a sticker . No depth for an actual stone as they show in their photo. Now they want me to pay to ship back to China.

Junk and scam. Return to China. Never ever order from here. It was like pulling teeth to get a return address to CHINA. You have to send pictures in order for return approval.
Sure I will never see my refund. Disgusting scam artists. 👨‍🎨

STAY AWAY!! Do not purchase from this company! The products are NOT as advertised and then they ask YOU to pay to ship them to China for a refund, which will probably never come.
