Matr has been helpful
Matr has been helpful. There have been some teething issues. There is no immediate feedback emailed to parents with a summary of what has happened or what was achieved which I would find helpful.
It is good to have the same teacher each week. The platform on screen is quite busy.
Sometimes I need to feedback things to the teacher eg I feel he needs to give my child slightly longer to process an answer but I find it difficult to know how to get a dialogue going and do not want to interfere during a session.
I’m sure it will improve over time. Staff are v polite and accommodating

We're pleased to report that we are currently working on post-session reporting which will be available for you to view each week in the platform - we'll be in contact soon.
With regard to starting a dialogue with your tutor, we find that some parents like to talk to tutors at the end of the session, which might be a good opportunity if you wanted to discuss your child's needs without interfering with the session.

Great learning platform excellent tutor.
My daughter joined the learning platform approximately two months ago and she thoroughly enjoys her maths lesson with her Tutor venkatesh.
The lessons are engaging, fun and purposeful.
My 10 year old look forward to her lesson every week( which is a first, no nagging no tears, no tantrums just a happy upbeat attitude) she has increased her knowledge and Fondation in maths. The rapport she built with her tutor has vastly contributed to her change of attitude towards mathematics. Venkatesh made a difficult subject interesting and agreeable. His patient and pedagogical approach has helped Sarah confidence in tackling the exercises. She particularly enjoys all the little arithmetics tips and maths tricks he has taught her when it comes to calculate and solve word problems. she is now able to ask questions, clarifications when she does not understand and is even applying her newly acquired knowledge to her learning . It has been only few months but She is already making progress at school and is very proud of her achievements to date. Finally, what is wonderful is that she is not scared of maths anymore.
The company has great customer service too, they reply to your queries promptly and endeavour to listen to feedback and a eager to improve their practice and the already great service they provide. Thank you Matr. Great Math program, service and fantastic tutor!
