My Best Gift in 18 Years
I searched the internet attempting to find someone I felt comfortable with to create an oil painting of my wife. I had been wanting to do this for years and just got around to doing it. I have seen many movies in my life with large oil paintings of special people, usually patriarchs. I wanted this for my wife.
I finally contacted MavenArt and Ipsita answered the call. She took the time to go over every detail with me as to ordering, sending a photo and what they would attempt to do.
After receiving a photo, she asked if there was another photo as the one I sent was going to be difficult because of a lot of darkness in the photo. I sent her another photo that was taken on our wedding day and she said the photo was perfect.
We conversed several times as she kept giving me updates and we decided on a frame and discussed final delivery details.
Once the product was ready for shipment she informed me with the shipping tracking number. The delivery date was actually earlier than the tracking number by one day. This was great because we had a tropical storm the day of the original delivery date.
This being a wedding anniversary present for my wife, she opened it immediately. In 18 years of marriage, this beat all my anniversary gifts to her. She was ecstatic. She knew where to put it and we hung it on the wall asap. She took photos and spent the next hour posting it on Facebook and sending it out via text to everyone.
Ipsita was so fantastic thru-out the entire ordeal and I felt that we became good friends. She is a keeper.
I will recommend MavenArt to everyone and will tell them to ask for Ipsita and tell her Roy sent you.

Excellent Customer Service
On January 11th, I placed an order for a painting of our little dog as an 80th birthday present for my husband. I requested delivery by February 8th if at all possible. While they couldn’t guarantee the date they promised to do their best. They certainly did that as the painting arrived on January 26th. Very well packaged and in perfect condition. It looks beautiful. I really appreciated the frequent communication through email messages which were always helpful and professional. I would certainly recommend to others.

Artworks generally take up to 2-4 weeks to complete, however, we also work on priority to try to meet feasible deadlines. We, at times, are unable to unconditionally guarantee a delivery date, specifically when it is a short timeline, as it depends on a lot of factors from both of our as well as our customer's ends to fall in line to deliver within the deadline.

TERRIBLE PAINTING
The painting was terrible. The colors weren't blended, and both of my dog's eyes were facing a different direction. The coloring also wasn't accurate to the photo I sent them. The artist made my tan & black German Shepherd gray. It looked like it was done on an app. I honestly think it was. There's no way someone took their time to do such a terrible job. DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO ELSEWHERE.

Hi Jerel, we appreciate you taking the time out to share your thoughts with us. We would like to put out a few things here. The original picture we referred to was blurry as we notified you and the German Shepherd looked gray in color. Also, we were never informed about the actual color of the dog until the painting was completed and the preview was shared. We had referred to additional pictures for facial details only as the main picture was blurred. However, after the revision, the colors were blended according to the color theme of the main picture as you requested. I have shared a Drive folder link here:

You may access the above link to have a look at the original picture we received to work from, the references for only the faces of the subjects, and the final preview of the completed artwork we shared.
We offered to further revise the colors even after the completion of the artwork. However, we received a cancellation request. We had duly cancelled the project and issued a refund as requested.
Please know as our artworks are 100% handmade, we are dependant on the pictures we work from and the customer's input. We, thus, share a layout for your approval prior to starting work so that you get a clear idea about how the artwork would be laid out, the colors, the poses, etc. We render a representation of the approved layout and make no significant changes while commissioning the artwork such as changing a color unless specifically mentioned and approved by the customer prior to starting work as this helps our customers know better about what to expect from the painting.
We hope you understand and we would be on the same page so that we can work together in the future as well as you have the kind of experience we are known for and strive for all our customers.

Ordered our painting the end of November in hopes to receive it as a Christmas gift and boy did they deliver! The artwork is amazing, the process is simple and customer service is always quick to respond. Cannot wait to gift this beautiful piece.

Exceeded expectations.
A landscape photo taken with my mobile phone was emailed to MavenArt. They converted it into a 34" X 30" painting on canvas. They made tweaks per my request, which enhanced the painting's overall appeal. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. We highly recommend MavenArt and will definitely use them in the future.

At first, I may have been skeptical to pay to have my picture of my mother’s farmhouse getaway turned into a detailed painting.
