Mr. Dawkins unfortunate experience.
My previous visit to this location was a very positive one, but today I was extremely disappointed! I booked a 11;30 appointment and arrived early (just in case) someone had cancelled. I unformed the young lady at the counter. She then stated that they would indeed be able to take me right now. She asked for my keys, and I let her know I was calling my wife to come and pick me up. She left the counter and never returned. Noone came out to get my vehicle as I sat and watched a FULL episode of Judge Mathis! I then walked to the door that leads to the Bay area. I stood there watching her on the phone even after seeing me standing there she never acknowledged me and even hung up and placed another call. Finally I saw another gentleman and he came to the door and asked me what I wanted. I replied I'm waiting for someone to service my vehicle. He stated to me, "there's no need to be irritable. This was so very insulting to me. I told him please don't do that, without even asking what the issue was. I then requested my keys which he left to retrieve. As he left, the young lady finished her (3rd) phone call and came back to the counter walked right past me without any acknowledgement and continued doing another order. It's difficult for me to comprehend this amount of rudeness to a customer. I never raised my voice and I believe showed a great amount of patience! If this is the way this NTB location treats anybody, much less a paying customer, they've just lost any future considerations from this one!
