I have been going to this Mavis for a number of years, the service is great and the people that work here are courteous, friendly, and professional. Jay, Jack and Jared always treat me like family. I always feel like I am being taken care of. It's hard to find a place that you can trust and that the people are genuine. I really appreciate them. I highly recommend this Mavis!

My vehicle was taken care of efficiently and quickly as promised by Mike the manager. The staff at this facility has always been professional and friendly.

Our bill was larger than expected but your manager Chris couldn’t have been more helpful explaining everything and helping us out. He is a very pleasant, kind and efficient person and you are fortunate to have such a good , hard working employee.
On the downside, our car was kept for over a week before the work was completed. Apparently the shop gets only a weekly parts delivery and that slowed down the process considerably. Some of the wrong parts were sent and needed to be exchanged. There should be a mechanism in place for urgently needed parts to exchanged and delivered.
