I just had a couple of tires replaced and some other miscellaneous items done to my car. I go to the Brewster, N.Y. Mavis shop, where Steve and Demetrie have no equals relative to their knowledge, advice and superb customer service. I called to make an appointment to have a new battery installed and was surprised when i was told to come right in. They took my car right in, with very little wait time. Very fast and friendly service,

Had an appointment for 8am to get my car inspected. Steve greeted me promptly and wrote me up. My vehicle went in shortly thereafter. After inspecting my car, Larry made some recommendations for my vehicle. As a true professional he did it “show and tell” style. He brought me out to my vehicle to show me what he was recommending and then told me why it’s important to get the work done. I was in and out in roughly an hour. Quick, professional and friendly. Thank you Steve and Larry.

In for a Nys inspection. Fast efficient service . The service advisor was friendly and courteous.

Leaving work this morning I had an accident and punctured the front passenger side tire. Luckily the Brewster Mavis was very close by. After changing the tire to the temporary spare I drove there and arrived just after they opened. Larry and Cooper took my car in right away and had me on my way shortly. Excellent customer service from Larry and Cooper. Thank you.

Had a flat on my car the other day was nearby the local Brewster NY Mavis store, since I'm a Lt. hand amputee and need help getting it off.Very kind to have a young man put the doughnut on my car.Was in a hurry to get my daughter to her job interview in a timely manor,and didnt have the time to purchase a replacment.Early the next Morning bought a replacement tire and had the remaining tires rotated.Since I do all tire purchases from this store.Didnt charge me for the spare placement which is very kind,my experience's at this store has only been first rate, always recomend this store to friends and acquaintances and again Thanks
