Mavis Tire - Centerville Opiniões 

I brought my own replacement tire to a Mavis Tires & Brakes location and paid to have my patched right rear tire replaced. I waited more than two hours while my vehicle was being serviced and left believing the work had been completed. My invoice even states that the right rear tire was replaced and rotated.

About a week later, that same patched tire blew out on the highway. After pulling over and changing the tire myself in extreme heat, I discovered it was still the original patched tire I had brought to Mavis to replace. The replacement tire I provided had never been installed.

I immediately contacted the store and Mavis Customer Care and opened Case #1108221. I was told the security camera footage would be reviewed, and I was promised callbacks from management and the regional manager. The replacement tire was eventually installed, but that was never the real issue.

The real issue is accountability. No one has ever explained how my vehicle left the shop with the original patched tire still installed after I was told the work had been completed and billed accordingly. No one ever shared the results of the promised investigation or explained what corrective action was taken. If I hadn't had to change the tire myself, I might never have known the work had not been performed. That is deeply concerning for a safety-related repair.

Ramon did a great job assisting with the tire that had gone flat. Checked out the warranty on the tire and they were fast and professional. .

The store manager John provides amazing customer service and is also very knowledgeable. My experience at this location is top notch. This is my third visit to this location for an oil change. Many thanks to John and his team!!!

I paid for a full body alignment and didn’t get quality service a little of 3 months after the alignment and the car needs another alignment. Took it back and they stated the only have a 3 months after alignment on the alignment. Contacted Bulldog and they stated that they only aligned the front not the rear. I do not recommend them for any services. He was just focused on selling my a battery and not fixing what I came there for I gave them a negative 5 stars.
