Mavis Tire - Copiague Opiniões 

I had all 4 tires and brakes replaced at the time mentioned to the manager the tpms lite was on he said if I drove the would retrain if not bring it back and the would take care of it since I spent so much money. So I did and the sensor never went off so when I went back he said he could not train it and I probably needed new sensors and he would not stand by his original word. The time to change the sensors would have been at the time of the tire replacement since the sensors are battery operated and in the valve stem.This was never brought up to me and now the charge for removing tire changing sensors are balancing and re installation would all be charged to me this was either a mistake or purposely misleading or both. An honest shop would have acknowledged their mistake and offered to replace sensors at cost of sensors since it was their mistake due to dishonesty or lack of knowledge. My personal opinion is that they knew at the time and could not get the part in time after already committing to the job. I don't know if it was the Mechanic misleading the manager or both misleading me. But this is not how you do business I would have readily paid at the time of installation when it should have been presented to me which it was not. I will be reporting this incident to the BBB for improper and misleading business practices.

They are fast, efficient and careful, but most importantly, as I waited there while the service was performed, I could see that the staff, particularly the manager, are respectful to all customers. This is particularly important to me because the older I get the less I experience that. They also communicate with the customer every step of the way and are upfront with cost before work is complete.

Recently been experiencing issue with TPS indicator popping up and putting air in the tires and still same issue every morning. I discussed with Frank and after a thorough check it was determined I needed a new tire due to nails and plugging it would only delay the replacement of the tire. Got me in and out quickly and always a great experience dealing with this Mavis location.
