William is a great manager and very customer service oriented. My reviews with Google a year ago was 5 star and it remains. I'm a big box manager and lack of associates is across the board. Those that do not know retail , can't understand, but to be patient and kind is the key. Noone has entitlement. All clients are.equal.

Fantastic service team!
I called to several of the tire stores in the area and none could help me change the tires on my 1929 Ford Model A. (I provided the new tires, tubes and rim liners.). William, the manager at Mavis told me to bring the tires down he will take a look to see if his machines would work. When he saw the tires he was doubtful but wanted to try anyway. He made it work and he was able to remove the old tires and replace the rim liners, tubes and tires.
When everyone else said no right off the bat without even looking to see if they could change the tires, William stepped up to the plate and figured out how to do it.
Many thanks to William and Mavis Tire for going above and beyond in solving my problem.

The customer service provided is great. Will had scheduled me for a Saturday AM and had completed the work within 45 minutes. My experience with Mavis in Dawsonville has always been great. Everyone from management to the mechanics are congenial and knowledgeable
