My car was damaged by doing an improper…
My car was damaged by doing an improper lift on my car while installing new tires. I discovered the damage minutes later while vacuming the car. When shown the damage the mananger agreed that it was their fault and that they would pay for the damages. I was told that the area manager would be in touch with me but no contact has been made. When I tried to send an email to get there help it could not be delivered. $1,680 in damages and no communication

Not sure if this was a certain employee or lack of quality control. Technician slammed my aluminum rim down on its face scratching it.

WE ARE WATCHING YOU ALL We just tried to call and reach at 914-984-2500 but 3 times our call got hungup by your team ! we are calling to speak with the ownership and authorities to negotiate this 2nd ransomare attack! by world leaks but if we will get ignored like this we will not be nice any more! we are capable to destroy entire business

Paid for brand new brakes and a…
Paid for brand new brakes and a warranty, but they’re still squeaking. On top of that, I spent $1,000 on a new air conditioner, and it doesn’t even work. When I went back, they were dismissive and offered no real solution. Feels like a complete scam.
Save yourself the headache — take your money and vehicle somewhere else!
