I bought 4 new "Mavis" tires
I bought 4 new "Mavis" tires, paid for computerized balance, and computerized wheel alignment 16 months ago. The 2 tires on the right side of my work van were about to pop on the inside of the tires and Mavis manager told me he could not see anything wrong with the van that would cause this issue so they replaced the tires but still charged me for 2 new tires! Disappointing that they would not even stand by their products.

The manager Barret was a very helpful worker. I was by myself and don’t know a lot about cars so he was nice enough to talk on the phone with my grandad to help me get my tire replaced. Very helpful and kind.
