I purchased a set of Kuhmo Mavis Frontier tires from the Jim Wilson store that had a 55000 mile warranty. After approximately 35-40000 miles the tires were worn beyond the safety zone and I was only offered a $100 dollar discount on a new different brand of tires. I was also told my shocks were “ blown out “ that was part of the problem. New shocks had been installed by the same Mavis location approximately a year and a half earlier and only had about 25000 miles on them.
Needless to say I am not at all pleased with the tires , warranty or manner in which I was dealt with.

Fast friendly service. I often recommend to other friends as and family. Manager is great.

I made an appointment for 10 AM - oil change and tire rotation. My car was not pulled into a service bay for 40 minutes. I’m not at all sure why I made an appointment just to wait that long for the car to be serviced.

Customer service is excellent and service was fast.

While I thought I had good service and decent price, I was incorrect. My mechanic had my car yesterday for some routine maintenance. He noticed the tires on the right side are mounted backwards. The tires have a directional tread mark and are indeed mounted backwards. I've not experienced any problems buy I'm sure this has reduced my gas mileage. Point being, don't take their word for anything and fully inspect the work before leaving

Price was great. People were exceptional, helpful and informative. Made another appointment for another car.

Good service. Staff listened to my problems and suggested a great time to drop by for a quick repair. I was kept in the loop about what was going on, how long the visit would take, and what was the best solution. In and out in 40 minutes!

The technician at the front desk was friendly and respectful especially during an early morning appt.

I was in a bind. Picked up a nail on Father's Day and had to get a tire plugged. Made an appointment online and was the first one in for service when they opened. Despite being short staffed, I was in and out in no time..

So my car was making a lot of noise I came to mavis they figure it out and made it feel like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Fast service. Very friendly and professional I recommend them to anyone. You go there you will be please. I am a big fan on customer service and they meet the expectations.

I called on Friday and asked did I need to make an appointment for Saturday. No worried be there at 8. Happened as planned. My only concern was the man with beard who greeted me was not sure is was gonna happen (it did). And when I picked up my car (same man) said I will get to you when I can??? To pay my bill and pick up my car!!! Otherwise 5 stars. Thanks
