Without authorization changed 4 tires . Invoiced over $2500
Appointment for change of one tire only .
Refused to change the mistake for over one hour.
Stay away from Mavis Tire. Do not look a the the good reviews .

DANGER
DANGER: Deceptive tactics!
Went in for an oil change and they said I needed a bunch of other things fixed. Turns out it was all lies.
They said I needed a new car battery. They even had a fake device to make it look like they “analyzed” my battery. I went to another more reputable mechanic and they said that was BS.
They said I needed new brake pads. Other mechanic said I had at least another 10,000 miles on them.
Maybe this is just expected experience with any auto mechanic, but save yourself the trouble from dealing with the lies here. I would give zero or negative stars if possible.

compression fitting ??
knowing my brake hose was leaking. i went there for a brake job. They use compression fittings on the brake line which is illegal to use on brake line, Not DOT approve, will fail inspection, not design for car braking system. Not to mention those caliber I got one in silver one in dark gray. Next day I went back for refund. Store manager said” we never charge you for those fittings” seriously? you put your customer life to risk free of charge ?
Compression fittings is like $10 from hardware stone. why would you upcharge so much and up sale me all other parts i probably don't even needed. Btw, they didn't say nothing on the other rusted brake hoses. thanks to unreliable shop. Now i have to go redo this job!
anyone can't resolve any issue with their management team should file complaint to DMV.

was there yesterday I call at advance no to wait much my call was to be there by 5pm what I did them after they attend Me toll me to seat at wait that was around 5:20pm After I wait until 7:30Pm my car never get the service I ask for it was 2 front tires aligment and check the brakes so I ask for my keys at left so why you take calls at advance if you don't have the personal to do the job waste my time with a bad really bad service...
