I haven't wrote a review for Mavis Tire in a good while, but as of the last 8 or so months the atmosphere at the hardscrabble location has COMPLETELY changed! If you pull up my phone number i have a Long history with Mavis because I LOVED the customer service. BUT Ever since it has been under new management that has changed. I have made a decision not to give my business to this location. When consumers spend money they at least want to be treated with respect, a friendly smile, and leave with a good feeling. That is no longer available. I dont know what happened, but that has changed.. I sure MISS old management and I wish I knew where they went

I have used this location for years to help with maintenance on my three vehicles from new tires to oil changes. The last two times I have been my experience has not been good. My main issues is the cleanliness of the store and the customer service. The store is dirty with all trash cans filled with trash all over the store. I took pictures of all the dead bugs and spider webs that engulfs this location. On top of the cleanliness, The current gentleman that appears to be the manager is not friendly and does not promote good customer service. I was the first person in the location getting a new tire, and another customer was behind me. After assisting me they ignored the customer behind me for 10-15 minutes before asking what did they want. To be honest I am surprised the customer did not say anything, but they were most likely in the position they required help and did not want to speak up to avoid causing anymore stress since they were there on a Sunday needing tires. I have problems with a person being ignored and then to ask them what they want is incredibly insulting since people who come there needs assistance. I also noticed one of the mechanics in the garage wearing slippers with socks. After noticing this occur it basically tells me that this location is out of control since that was probably a violation of not wearing the proper shoe attire to prevent a major accident . Mavis or ownership needs to get involved in this location and resolve these issues.

I brought in my 2013 crv for alignment and brake job. Brakes were fine. Alignment was reasonable. Courteous and work completed in a timely manner.

I went to get a sensor replaced. I left and about a few hours later I was riding down the road and started hearing rubbing and grinding. Then I tried to break and it the car didn't want to stop. I had to press the brake all the way down to the floor to get the car to stop. Come to find out the brake pad had fallen off of my car on the driver side.

Manager was helpful. Answered several questions. Flat was prepared in a timely manner.

Always a pleasant experience at this Mavis location. The manager is extremely helpful and makes sure my wait time is minimal.
