Mavis Tire - Harleysville Opiniões 

I need to write a review of this place (Harleysville location) as a warning for any woman who might be seeking one of their services and go in on your own: THEY ARE SCHEISTERS. I went in for a simple oil change and was told that my rear shocks were "shot" and leaking, and that this would eventually affect my tires and I would need to replace them sooner rather than later. I knew this was bs since they were replaced about two years ago, and it's not like I go off-roading. Normal driving. Most shops would show you what was wrong as well, or show you a video. This guy didn't. I refused. Also - these guys said they did a complementary tire rotation yet failed to tell me my tires actually needed air. And these guys supposedly specialize in tires.

I just had my car inspected by a REPUTABLE shop and said nothing about this just to see if they saw the same thing. Of course not, my car passed with flying colors - NO issues. It's disgusting to have been bamboozled like that, and if I were a man or had my husband with me that would never have happened. What a crock of sh*t. You have to wonder whether the guy gets an incentive or commission based on the extra work they get people to do on their cars. Flat out lying to people like that. Shameful. Also, at the time, their A/C wasn't working and had been out for a week, so clearly the owner could give a crap about his employees, or their customers. (And I'm sure this review will just prompt one of those nearly automated responses about calling some number and containing some email address to reiterate the issue). You'll never get my trust back. But you did me a favor when I needed my inspection done and found SPANIAL'S SERVICE CENTER in Hatfield. They have an excellent reputation and have been in business since the 60s. They are not bs artists, they are really good, honest people and I will be servicing my car there in the future. Your loss, as if you even cared in the first place.

I called to inquire if they had time to repair a slow leak in one of my tires, which are only a few years old.
I informed Travis at Mavis that I was able to locate the leak myself and marked the area to help save time for my wife (who was off that day) and save their tech time too....pretty simple request, right?
Wrong! They took it upon themselves to run through some safety checklist, which was completely unnecessary because the vehicle was scheduled in a couple of weeks for its annual inspection anyway.
Then, they tried to up sell service by talking automotive jargon to my wife about fuel injectors, etc--then tried to sell her 4 brand new tires.
After this, some of her errands needed to be re-scheduled because of their GREED to sell their uneccessary products and services without our consent or knowledge.
I don't typically write review, but man, you guys should know what to expect here in Harleysville, Pa.
Find another store/auto technician. Will never recommend them.

NOT HAPPY, tech broke one of the valve stems during work. Then, upon pick up, I was told " mysteriously " that another valve stem broke at the completion of work.( I was having winter tires put on the car). TOTALLY STRANGE. NEVER HAPPENED before in my lifetime of driving and having cars maintained, and tire changed at MAVIS. Maybe service is slipping as prices rise ??
Secondly, the tech destroyed my "LEXUS" BRAND DRIVER SIDE mat (on my Lexus), with work grease, and oils on his boots. It was very clear, as you could see his boot prints all over the rug. So obvious and it was gross and filthy. This complaint was immediately made to the on-site manage before I left. I was told to return the next day, on Monday, to discuss it with the store manager.
I do think MAVIS can do better.

I went in for tire purchase and installation. Becky was amazing and so accommodating. My appt. was at 9 am and by 11:30 am the appt. was completed. In the end I got four tires, alignment for the front wheels along with changing the lug nuts and warranties. They secured my splash guard for free and even gave me discounts for the services. The cost was less than four tires anywhere else not counting the installation and alignment costs! I will be coming back for more service and would HIGHLY recommend this establishment!

Awesome service it's the place to go

Went to my local Mavis in Harleysville PA for two tire repairs. Service was fast and excellent. They didn't even charge me for the second repair because it was quick! Highly recommend them. I will definitely be back. Great job!

Despite being incredibly busy, overworked and understaffed, the men here are quick and efficient, but more importantly, they are courteous and kind. I always receive great service when I come to this Mavis.

Had a blowout through the night, and limped home on a donut spare. Arrived at Mavis at 8:00 the next morning. Corey promptly assessed the damage, and showed me the damaged tire. Without question, the tire could not be repaired. Purchased a new tire, at a good price. Corey rotated the tires, and recalibrated the tire pressure sensors. I was on my way in a jiffy. Excellent service.
