Extremely helpful and super considerate
Manager Mark cut me a huge deal on a nice new set of tires and helped me out big time when I really needed it. Got me in the same day I called and got me out of the shop quick too. I will be returning to Mavis discount tire the next time I need work done for my car.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Caleb, Clarence, and Miles were very helpful today. They put new tires on and looked over my car to let me know any issues I had. Very thorough and in a timely manner. Very polite and respectful as well. I highly recommend.

Broke my tire sensors
Brought my car in on friday for new tires. First after paying a deposit to hold the tires I wanted they told me they didnt have them and I could have Mavis tires they had on hand. Second, when i picked it upand went to leave 2 of my tire sensors were reading 0. Was told thats normal and to drive it a few miles. After drinving, 1 still said 0. Went back, they used a machine and told me I had 3 bad sensors. Really cuz they worked fine when I dropped it off. They refused to take responsibility for breaking my tire sensor and now I have a light on my dash and have to spend who knows how much To fix them.

I was literally just heading to our…
I was literally just heading to our Daughter’s home in New Jersey, when I started my car, I noticed the tire pressure indicator was present. I did a visual check and observed my front left tire was very low. I drove to the Herkimer, NY Mavis store and was immediately greeted by the young man at the counter. He was very kind and told they would get to my vehicle within 20 minutes. Ten minutes later they were driving my car in and ten minutes after that, they completed my car. I was really impressed and pleased with the attentive service. Well done Herkimer Team, I made it to NJ safely and now spending time with my family. Thank you
