I have been to this location twice. Both times these gentlemen went above and beyond! They are genuinely the kindest most efficient place I’ve ever taken my cars) to. I will forever be a lifetime customer. As a woman you have fear of the unknown upcharge. That has happened to me in the past. These guys are honest and in fact find coupons to help decrease the money you are paying. OUTSTANDING customer service!!!

On January 24 I went to put air in my tire and Logan was awesome,very kind and thorough. I will be bringing my truck back for other services, thank you logan

The Mavis tires and brakes in High Point on Westchester drive has professional and friendly associates. Their knowledge of vehicles is amazing. Their attention to detail goes beyond what one would think for a tire and brake shop. The customer service that they offer is top notch. They remember their customers and realize that their time is valuable. I would highly recommend Mavis tires and brakes to everyone.

Went by after getting a nail in my right front tire and dropped by Mavis and they said that it would be a Hour and a half before they could get to it - I agreed and went to find something to eat. Before getting across the street I was called to come back they are open to get to it and a5 that time they found a nail in the center of the tread and was told that they would need to replace it so 216.00 dollars later it was replaced. At this time they said I could get the tire outside and I said I paid for it to be switched out with the spare I put on and they agreed and then got keys and went at it. 20mins later they said that it was ready again and I drove off and the air pressure light was still on and I turned around and they told me the Air pump was around the side and I filled it to the pressure for the tire and saw that there was no cap on a brand new tire and now the only tire with the white wall facing out and as I walked inside I saw my spare tire was laying in the bed of my truck not in the rack so when I went back inside they said that I could have a cap and and they don’t usually put the the spare tire back on the holder which was a surprise to me with no offer to put it on or did I need help putting it on. Second time at this place and now I will walk before I go back in

Mavis on South Main is the freaking best!!! Super great service. They fixed my car up for me and was not super expensive. Everyone was really nice. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers.

This location clear has people running this establishment that are not fit. Preston who says he’s a manager if so needs to be retrained. The other gentleman snatched papers out of my hand! The white man talk really nasty to a customer while I was there. This location, is clearly the worst tire place in High Point. I will be contacting Corporate!! This has really gotten under my skin

It was great even though it took long (due to a lot of people coming in) my car went back and the oil change was pretty fast. Nice people and friendly atmosphere. They also tell you what else is wrong with the car so I recommend it if you have other car troubles.

Fast friendly service would highly recommend for all your cars service and repairs

Tyler went above and beyond. He told me what was wrong and even researched cost for it to be fixed even though they do n ot do those repairs there. I walked away knowing what the problem was and an idea what to expect for repairs somewhere else. Thank you Tyler for taking the time to help me when you didn't have to!

When ever I visit there's some service they can't provide. No oil change this last time couldn't do an alignment the last time. Have to say they get in and out.

I had an 8am appointment for an oil change and waited a solid hour before my car was taken into the garage. Thirty minutes later and I was finally on the road.

You kept my car for 10 days and charged me an excessive amount of money for doing absolutely nothing in other words I got ripped off by your establishment, well that will never ever happen again, I most certainly hope corporate get a chance to read this and maybe I can get some of my money back, BYE, BYE.

I have gotten tires and oil changes from Mavis. I have had an excellent experience with Josiah. Work has been done correctly and within a reasonable timeframe. I will continue to be a customer receiving this type of service and experience!!
