Great service. Great guys in the shop. Took care of me better than anyone else.

Spencer and the crew are great! I will always recommend Mavis at Howell because of them.

Was travelling and had a flat tire, while they were putting shutter down as they were closing I was 2 minutes after close time… staff was really kind to check my tire fill extra air so I can go to next shop as Tesla tire was not fixable… this little check and extra helped me a lot.. this might be small thing but staff going extra meant a lot

Spencer at the Howell, NJ location is always welcoming and honest in his assessment, and tries to make sure I come back. I bring my 3 cars to Mavis for tires,and breaks, and oil changes. On this trip I met Jenna (Genna?) who was new but great to work with as well. What I didn't like was when Jenna told me that Mavis no longer allows for bringing your own parts and just pay the labor. I had done that before and very helpful. I will have to find another mechanic who will allow me to do this as it is expensive maintaining and repairing 3 cars.

Stay far away from this Mavis. It’s the most unprofessional Tire shop around. This shop cannot be trusted. I was told they rotated my tires and they didn’t. This Mavis will play around with your money and your safety. Find another location for your tires. They lie and they will rip you off. The employees at this location have no supervision. They do whatever they want. This is why my tires were not rotated they blatantly lied to me and said that they were, this is not something you lie about somebody safety. I spoke to the corporate office and left a message for the regional manager, which most likely will fall on deaf years. Mavis don’t care about you or your safety. Goto Goodyear sears or Walmart. Keep
Your family safe. Stay far away from Mavis.

I had an appointment at 4 it's now 608 nd my one tire is still not changed they closed at 5pm IDK what takes so long they have to get better and bunch of guys just standing around

Spencer runs a great shop. gets work done on time or sooner and never ever costs more then expected. I bring all my vehicles to Mavis because of Spencer.

Went to the Howell nj business yesterday-got there at 4:30 in the afternoon-I needed a plug for one tire - the gentleman ( with folded hands) pleaded with me to come back tomorrow (today) that they closed at 6 and were very backed up - said he promised I would have no wait if I did him this favor- you guessed it went back today at 8:05 finally got to the front of the line at 8:25 and he said sorry can’t do that you’ll have at least a two hr wait - so much for his word
I have used mavis before ( with 6 cars in the family) but no more. If I can’t trust their word I can’t trust their work.

Everything went smoothly.

Dave and Phil are great! Tech that worked on the car showed me issues found. Can't recommend enough.
