appointment for 1pm
I set an appointment for 1pm. It wasn't until 2pm before my vehicle was pulled for service to start. I had to cancel the free overall inspection because I needed to get back to work. Was assured it wouldn't take long to put on a tire. When I got home my tire's stem cover was missing.

I really do appreciate the customer…
I really do appreciate the customer service and response Erin Howard and Justin Trust provide to me. Erin is very knowledgeable and listens to my concerns each time I have had work done on my vehicle she treated me with courtesy and respect. I also am very impressed with the patients she has as she is training Justin she explained the details of what was being done and I was very impressed with how fast he was taking on his training.The team work of these two people will definitely keep me coming back. Awesome Job Erin and Justin. I really do appreciate your services.

SCAMMERS
The store at 6371 I 55 N. Jackson, MS 39213 are total SCAMMERS.
They knew they couldn't make more money off of my daughter other than selling her the new tires she went in for, so they schemed to damage her car for additional services she would need to buy from them. Why do you need the hood raised to mount new tires? Erin Howard, the slimy store manager said "safety check."
But the Check Engine light AND the traction control light came on as soon as my daughter started her car. She asked them to look at it and the manager and her accomplice said "it must be a pre-existing condition because we only changed the tires." Then, after my daughter left upset, the car stuttered to a stop on the side of a highway.
Why? Because these CRIMINALS unplugged her Mass Airflow Sensor on the top of her engine!!!! THAT's why they had the hood up. They were sabotaging her car to come back for more service work.
Erin Howard, the biggest waste of Customer Service flesh and bone there is, was defiant and useless when I talked to her for resolution. She simply looked for every way to say "pre-existing condition" to me, even though the car ran great going into the store but was broken when it left. Coincidence? No.
BUYER BEWARE. As unethical and devoid of customer service as it gets. Understandable why they have a D or F rating every where.
Mavis Discount Tires.....do better. This is not only dangerous but it is criminal behavior.

Excellent Customer Service
