I went to Mavis Tires today and they gave me an excellent deal on oil change for my car…also very friendly. I really appreciate it!!

I had a appointment at 2 pm. I went early if they can fix my flat tire before my appointment. The guy on the counter took my keys and told me to wait. I waited almost two hours and noticed all three mechanics or associates were keep talking and looking in computer in work zone. After pass 2:45 I asked the counter recepnist the wait time but she told me to wait that you are next. They give you priority by the job as I had a just flat tire problem so they ignored to take care of my flat.I have to ask my keys back and took my car to better people. Will never go to this place

Top notch - Akeem & crew rock the auto repair world time after time!

Store manager tried to rip off my girlfriend. We took her car in for a tire rotation and the manager Akeem told me that rear brake pads were paper thin and he suggested immediate replacement for a cost $550. We declined. Next day I put it on my lift and found the pads still had about 40% life yet. This is fraud and I will be reporting this store to the necessary authorities.

ONCE AGAIN I NEED CAR REPAIR WENT BACK TO MAVIS, AKEEM AND JAY WERE OUTSTANDING FROM THE TIME I WALKED INTO THE SHOP TO LEAVING. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

Took my truck in for shocks & struts on a Saturday had to turn back around, take it right back because of the noise, was told to come back Sunday morning, left the truck still the same this. Took it back Monday morning left it no one called with an update, Left the truck till Tuesday afternoon. Still having the problem after leaving it for 2 days. I am very very dissatisfied with how may truck sounds. Was not having the problem before i took it in. They recommended i need shocks & struts. I know they have to upsell. I paid $1500.00 for this job. No one ever said we can give a discount. Tried taking it somewhere else will have to leave it for a week before they can get to it. I can't do that. It saddens me to know that I paid that much much and my truck is worse off. I could have kept what was on there for the price I am paying now.
Will never return. This is the second time i have been disappointment. I will never go back there again. That is too too much money to pay for the same problem. The person that waited on me was very nice, just disappointed in the work.

I had an 8:30am appointment at 2194 W. County Line road in Jackson NJ. I was there at 8:25am and checked my car in. Two bays were empty and no other customers were there. I asked to be called when the maintenance was done. 3 1/2 hours later I called and was told the car has not been worked on. I asked what happened and was told the bays were full. I guess if you do not wait there they totally ignore the car. Total disregard and poor customer service. I picked up my car and did not get the service done as I had another appointment and could not miss it. I will not go back to that location or recommend it. I made an appointment at Toyota, I will pay more but at least I will get my car serviced and called when it is done.

As always, easy to get an appointment, quick and courteous - will always go back
