Todd He needs management training
After reading the review from another female customer about Todd. I had to speak up. During a visit on the third week of May. I didn't even have an opportunity to bring my issue to him. He saw me come in and walked out to grab a pop. I asked him if I could have a quick inspection of my driver side tires. He didn't even acknowledge me. He walked into the men's restroom. I waited 15 min for him to come out! At that point I was done. I work at the courthouse and was on my lunch. I left and will never return. Todd is very inconsiderate. Definitely lazy from the way he moved. There was no urgency in helping me. Maybe because I'm a woman? I went and bought four new tires from another place in joliet. It's just sad that it's 2025 and men still act this way.

Jay and the crew at your Lockport IL. store made my day once again. life is always on the move and so is my family. Jay met me with a smile as I was standing at the door as he was opening the store. He was very understanding and had me on my way in 30 minutes with a new tire. A big thank you to Jay and the crew. Awesome Customer Service.

I have had numerous customer interactions with Mavis employees Jared and Justin and each time has been a wonderful experience. They are helpful and informative. I feel confident in the quality of service and tires we've purchased. The customer service has been exceptional for all of our vehicles tire needs. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them for our family's tire needs.
