Scheduling isn't accurate
The system allows you to make an appointment online even when appointments aren't available. I tried making appointments twice , and even drove to the location, but was called at the time of the appointment (while I was in the parking lot) and was told that they couldn't get me in until the following week. Will not be choosing Mavis again. Staff was unhelpful and made no attempt to assist me.
