I made an appointment for 4 new tires…
I made an appointment for 4 new tires at 9 in the morning. I was assured if I brought the car in by 3 pm (the scheduled time) it would be completed same day no problem. I brought the car in at 2:45 pm. At 5:15, I called to see if it was completed (knowing they close at 6). They assured me again that it would be completed before close and that if necessary, they would stay later than 6. They called at 5 minutes before 6 to tell me they couldn't get to it. I exploded! They offered me a $50 discount (on a $1200 purchase). I was not kind in my response. I told them to leave the keys in the car and I would be down to pick it up. On the way down to pick it up, they called and said they would do it. They finished just before 7. After several years of great service on many vehicles, I was extremely disappointed in how they handled this situation. I had heard that they were not the same since being purchased by a bigger company but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since they are local. Never again.

Waited all day for something that should taken an hour. Even had a 10 oclock appointment. Screwed up my whole day.
