Took my truck for a friend in alignment…
Took my truck for a friend in alignment and to plug my tire did not ask for rotations they took my $4,000 rims off broke my center cap did not do my alignment correctly was told I would get reimbursed and it's been over a month and did not get my center cap to my rim because they broke it and never gave it back and was never told about it and then the mechanic that worked on my truck lied and said he could not correctly do my alignment because I need a new strips I just put new struts in two weeks prior to going along with tie rods and everything else the guy did not know what he was doing definitely was not trained I would be very cautious about taking my vehicle to this place

Mavis is the BEST! Fast, professional, and had me laughing!
I had a flat tire from a nail, and let's be honest as a girl, that's never a fun experience. But then I met Mr. Tillis, the mechanic who turned my day around!
From the moment I pulled in, Tillis was incredibly professional and got right to work. Mavis fixed my tire in record time, I mean seriously quick service! But what really made the difference was his personality. He was genuinely funny and had a positive, professional attitude that put me at ease immediately.
It’s rare to find such efficiency paired with a fantastic sense of humor. Mr. Tillis took a frustrating situation and made it a breeze. I highly recommend this MAVIS and will definitely be coming back for any future car needs.
