I went to Mavis in Pt pleasant NJ last Friday. I needed tires for my granddaughters car by Monday, since she was going back to school in South Carolina. The long drive is the reason I wanted to get a particular Michelin tire. Gene initially helped me, and he was very helpful, but John followed thru on Sunday and Monday to make sure the tires were delivered in a timely fashion!! I was told the eta was 2 pm on Monday. They called my name at 11:30 and I left with my new Michelin’s at 1 pm! ( I also want to thank the technician who installed them so quickly and accurately) I was thrilled, because she was driving back to school in the rainy weather this week! It made my day! For me, it was another awesome, satisfying experience at Mavis! Thanks again

Great place , always take my Cars there

I had a 3pm appointment to get 4 new tires installed. I waited until 6pm to have service completed. I was never offered even an apology. For that amount of time, good business would have been to throw in a free alignment. What's the point of having an appointment? My time is worth something, right?

I’ve never had a bad experience at Mavis and today was no exception. Excellent service, professional and friendly was the manager, Tom. Zach was also very helpful and friendly. Thank you Tom for making my trip to Mavis a pleasure-able experience

Mavis has always been my place to go to. Tommy is always accommodating when I need appointment. He explains everything in detail when the car is finished. Breaks down the bill and makes recommendations.
I ask for Steve as my mechanic and he is awesome. Will suggest when I need new tires or if the brakes are getting low. Found the leak in my window washer, will change the filters when needed and will also make suggestions on anything else he may see that is wrong. Tommy and Steve work so well as a team.

This store has become an embarrassment to Pt Pleasant.
The nightly antics and open display of sexual indiscretions are atrocious. Children and families are exposed to this unprofessionalism and “poor” taste Every night for the past two weeks I've
driven by and horrified. One might wonder what kind of
services are actually provided there . That store has
deteriorated from its excellent to spectacle.

Always take my vehicles to Mavis in Point Pleasant ... New tires on BMW this time .. Scott - John - Jen - CJ ... the best staff !!! Knowledge, cordial, honest, and honored my appointment time - they got me right in & out again today in a timely manner ... Great service - highly recommend this Mavis location ..

Due to an emetrgency I had to use my local Mavis store in Pointy Pleaeant NJ. Lauren ans Scott's sevice and knowledge were excellent. I couldn't havbe been more pleased. Will be sure to use them again!
