Honesty and a great value

Had a low tire pressure indicator on a rental car and thought that I had put air in it on a Sunday (crummy pay-for-air station at a crummy gas station). Indicator came on again the next day, so I thought I had an issue with the tire. Drove over to the Shrewsbury, NJ location and had them check it out. No problem found, turns out the crummy air station did not allow for proper pressure in the tire. "How much do I owe you" I asked. "No charge" was the reply. Amazing service and a load off of my mind 900 miles from home. I highly recommend Mavis and especially the Shrewsbury, NJ shop.

Timely manner they were able to help me in

There aren't many things that make me angry these days and this is my first time every leaving a review, but Mavis Discount Tire really pissed me off today. I was told to make my appointment at 8am so my service could be quick. I get there at 8 am and I am told it will be 45 minutes to an hour. An hour later (9 am) my car is still sitting in the lot. 2 hours later (10am), my car is in the garage and still has the same 4 tires on it. Not only that, but another customer who had come in at 9am, was driving off the lot at 10 with his new tire. Fast forward to 12 o'clock (4 hours later) and I was driving off the lot, but the "balanced tires" that Mavis forced me to pay $20 to balance... were off balance. They blamed it on new employees, and said that this was standard practices, but this does not constitute a customer coming in an hour after me, and being serviced before me (for the same service). Some transparency also would have been appreciated. If you are looking for a new tire place since Stafford closed down, do not look here unless you have 4 hours to kill and want to listen to Errectile Dysfunction commercials in a 15 degree waiting room while the manager blows vape clouds and laughs at you.

Phenomenal & quick service with very affordable prices. Will absolutely be returning for any of my tire needs in the future. They also have free air which is very convenient.
