I have ALWAYs used the Mavis in Valley Stream BUT NO MORE!!!!
I have ALWAYs used the Mavis located at 241 E. Merrick rd in Valley Stream BUT NO MORE. Eddy & Raj (Raj who is NO longer there) have ALWAYS been very decent managers to deal with. BUT this manager (older person with a white beard) is a CROOK. Not only was he late by almost 20 minutes I had to wait an additional 40 minutes to be attended to (mind you, I arrived at 7:50 a.m. and was not checked out till after 9:05 a.m. & there were already several mechanics on duty by 8:30). I came in for a simple license plate light bulb change, a job which took no longer than 13 minutes to complete. I was charged $40.00 that is highway robbery. If that is how they intend to operating then it is time to find another place that will not take advantage of you.

I had a nice experience at Mavis, Valley Stream. My car was serviced promptly and efficiently. The Customer Service Representative was professional, courteous and gave me the impression that servicing my car was a top priority.
I appreciated that. I am extremely satisfied and will return!

Service was great. I was informed about what I needed. No false work suggestions. Pleasant staff. Mavis will always have me as a customer. I utilize them statewide and have a great experience. 👍
