My car had a flat tire
My car had a flat tire. I called Mavis and told them my car was being towed there for a flat repair. They said no problem. When I arrived, the staff were ready for me. They attended to my car in a quick, efficient way. The staff are polite and hard working. There are 3 Mavis stores in my area and this Mavis , on South Delsea Drive in Vineland is the best.

I walked into mavis discount tires on September 19th on South Delsea Dr in Vineland. Jose and Josue's professionalism was noticed immediately. My biggest concern was not having a schedule appointment. Jose and Josue assured me that they will take care of my oil change. My car was pulled in right away for service. Oil change and tire rotation was completed in a timely matter. Their customer service is a 10+. I am a very happy Mavis Customer and will be a longterm Customer. Great hospitality and service!
Josue was great! He was super generous and welcoming. I came in for new tires and he quoted me for an hour and got me out in almost half the time. Great hospitality and service! This is one of the best Mavis Tire shop I have been to.

I had tires put on at the Vineland NJ…
I had tires put on at the Vineland NJ store on Landis Ave. 10,000 miles later I was going to check my brakes and rotate the tires myself. I needed a 4 foot pipe on top of my 1/2 inch breaker bar to break loose the lug bolts. Obviously someone who was unqualified to perform this work was working there. Will never go there again.

Customer service was very courteous they did a very good job on my car The Establishment was very clean they reminded me of my car tires should be rotated no charge because I brought my tires from there every oil change you get rotated tires for no charge comfortable place to be in my wait time was not long

Amazing customer service
Zack was very helpful and attentive to any and all needs. Which was very appreciated. I brought my car in for an oil change on my lunch break and they had me in and out. GREAT SERVICE. They also told me what issues were wrong with my car which I've know about a leak but couldn't figure it out, THANK YOU MAVIS TEAM!
I WILL BE BACK FOR ALL CAR MAINTAINCE!
