Got a nail in my tire
Got a nail in my tire. I called them and they said to bring my car in that same day at 2:00. They removed the nail and repaired the tire and it cost me $31.00. I was in the waiting area while my car was being serviced and I was comfortable there. They had vending machines and free water.

Mavis gets a 5+ Star Rating from me. Great service every single time I go in. Michael, Ken, and Rowan were extremely professional, respectful, and kind at the Wall location. Explained to me in detail what/when I needed services done. My car is running smoothly. Thanks again guys!!!

They charged me 40% over the quote
They charged me 40% more than they quoted me. After dropping my car off to get its brakes done. 5 hours later they called me and til me that they broke a bracket and wouldn't have the part for 3 days and they had to hold my car. I take off of work and reach out to them the day they told me it would be done and they forgot to call me and say that part didn't come in. 6 days later when they finished the work they had quoted me $700 and ended up charging me $1014. If you charge a customer 40% more than yoy quoted them, it's not a mistake... it's an integrity issue. Really awful and insulting and completely unacceptable and unprofessional
