I've been to this Mavis plenty times…
I've been to this Mavis plenty times before, but my last experience. Yesterday was absolutely horrible.
I brought a vehicle in they just rear shocks. And first, they told me they couldn't do the oil change, but then they ended up doing the oil change. And then they discovered that I needed a lower control arm. So they tried to do that. They told me that they would not be able to do it. Because it was 10 hours in labor that's funny because I brought it somewhere else today and they did it in 3 hours. So if they don't want to do something, they're not going to do it. And they'll give you an excuse on why they don't want to do it. So i'm never going back, and I will tell all friends and family to not go to mavis period

The tech Tyronne was great

Ken & the team @ Mavis is amazing. I trust him & the crew to all of my auto needs. Brakes & rotor replaced & done within 1 & 1/2 hours. I strongly recommend Ken & his team!
