I would like to commend the services provided to me on Sunday afternoon. I had my car towed there at 3:30 pm. The staff were very professional and efficient. They were open until 5:00 pm. They took me right away.They were able to resolve the problem. They repaired my tire by taking off the spare tire and replacing the valve stem to the wheel of original tire. Matthew & Fred coordinated the services that needed to be done in a timely manner. I did not have to wait long at all. This is the second time I had services done on my tires. They were cordial, polite and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. Excellent team. I highly recommend them for efficient and professional services. JoAnn Ellis

Definitely this is my go-to place regardless the issue or maintenance I want to give to my car when it is related to tires. These guys are incredibly helpful, very honest (highly valued), their integrity is beyond any question (something not so common in this business), and they really try to help you and not to make you spend unnecessarily. Rashid and his colleagues are simply the best!

I have been going to Mavis for many years (diff stores as well) but the Westfield NJ one is top notch always. Great Service, people are kind, not always trying to make you pay for simple things. Today my kid went by as check tire light showed up and at no charge, they checked and put air in tire needing air. It's always great to have a place you can trust.

Rashid is excellent, professional, and always extremely lovey to customers. This is the only place to bring your cars for repairs or tires!

The Store is opened right on schedule and the customer service given is always helpful and accurate. The details of what service, parts, labor needed to complete the job are always explained clearly. The waiting area is very clean & comfortable too. I highly recommend this store to every car owner.
