What a useless company. 2 weeks from order no communication. Emailed advised cancel order. 3 days later have a email order despatched. 3 weeks, bunch of Idiots. Credit Card has refunded me as they could not get a response. GIVE THEM A WIDE BERTH

No contact from this company. Sent dozens of Emails. Phone number will not connect. Fake company.

Bought a pair of trainers and they never turned up! Total scammers

a scam and a fraud!! Took my money and no product delivered no reply to emails and unserviceable contact no and the address is actually someone’s home

I bought a pair of shoes that were never delivered, its a scam dont trust them

It is a scam. I bought a pair of shoes that wasn't even dispatched. We can't contact with the phone that they gave on their website because the phone doesn't attend. I tried to contact with email and there was no response. It is really a fraud. Don't buy anything with this company. They will just take your money.

I have now contacted the fraud department with my bank.

We placed an order 9th October.
I have sent an email and a contact form online with no response.

The telephone number on the website doesn’t even go through.

Made 2 orders, should have known better, oncloud trainers for £72.95.. Noticed since ordering a few more companies all using same image of the trainer different companies.. Looked legitimate as was in sponsored section of Google and Maysie London is a online company with London in the title though they aren't based in UK.. But The Netherlands. Scammers have used the name to make it believable.. So hard to know what's real and what's not nowadays.. Can't open a dispute until 14days with my bank.. Gives the scammer plenty of time to take the money.

Placed order 2 weeks ago. Still says preparing order. No response from them. Now I need raise a credit card chargeback

Absolutely horrendous experience so far, my order has been duplicated so two payments have gone out, I’ve sent about 20emails and not one has been answered. I’ve tryed to ring but can’t get connected
Let’s see what even turns up if anything.
Ridiculously frustrating and appalling for a company to not respond.

They seem like a scam. Delivered the wrong product and then failed to answer multiple emails and telephone calls. Don't trust them. Very disappointed
