We understand this situation is frustrating, and we’re here to help. When using RBF (Replace By Fee), the system generated and allocated the sent amount twice to your account, which is why the funds were deducted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
To avoid this in the future, we recommend sending deposits using either the standard time and fees or the urgent time and fees options. Changing the time and fees while a transaction is processing can sometimes lead to similar issues.
Please be assured that the system did not deduct any funds incorrectly.
