I am writing this review because of a bad review this company received which the author did not give this company a chance to try and help them rectify the situation. Somebody spoofed them and was harassing the person and then in turn wrote a bad review for them and it is NOT this companies fault. I came on there because I am getting ready to buy and I always read reviews first and I’m glad I did so I will definitely buy this one because every other review is wonderful except the last Karen’s review.

This company kept in touch through the whole process from buying to getting it shipped to my door. It was packed so good, that it was like breaking into Fort Knox... Easy to operate, going front or backing up. Bright lights, and signals that actually work. We have a stone and sand driveway. And it climbed right up the hill... Lots of power, and a light touch is all it takes. Now this is new, and time will tell, but right out of the box perfect.

So for 8 months now I have been trying to replace it for the scooter that broke down after I purchased it. I was told it would be replaced and the replacement was broken. I was then told I would get a refund this has been a lie and stated several times. Then I was told I had to open up a PayPal account in order to get my refund. Of course again I was told they would be sending me a scooter. None of this has happened and I've just been bounced between customer service rep customer service rep. This company does not back up their products and even though you would think they would be an honorable company and not make you go through all of this and still not do either replace or refund. Is this the company you want to deal with?

Spammer. Harasser.
Repeatedly called a UK mobile number from an international number. Leaves a voicemail of HEAVY BREATHING, hangs up and calls again. Heavy breathing voicemail AGAIN. Oh how I wish we could submit video evidence on here. I identified this business by looking up the number, business registered in CA, USA so I will be reaching out to the local police to register harassment.

I am not a customer. I had a negative experience with a different mobility scooter company, so either this is the parent company or they’ve bought my details. Either way, spam calling me and heavy breathing voicemails is shady af. Avoid.

Absolutely wild that Mbxcooter’s response, after acknowledging that I say I am not a customer, is to submit a request for my personal data to verify my experience. Why would I submit more personal information to a business I believe harassed me?
I have my phone records that show the number that is all over your website, calling me and I still have the voicemails. That is my experience. Instead of trying to get more personal information on me, perhaps look into the situation on your end. I can prove in 2 screenshots that my experience is genuine, can you prove this call wasn’t from someone at your business?

This irritated me so much that I decided to do a little digging, didn’t take much. Mbxcooter, according to your own website, is “Operated by Ecomobi Global”, and Ecomobi just happens to be the exact company I had an issue with. Sold me a dangerously defective scooter, I left a review detailing the electrical fault and reviewed them as a seller on Amazon. They aren’t happy about that, especially as I’m no longer responding to their attempts to contact. How neatly the pieces now fall together.
So I will be taking this to the UK Police and Amazon, as that was the platform I made the mistake of purchasing from Ecomobi on.
I guess I should thank you for pushing me to make the connection that you are the same business and the number wasn’t spoofed, so I can take this to the relevant authorities here.

I purchased my (pink!) scooter on February 5, 2026. It ran great until the end of July. Something happened to the gears (I think??) and it made a horrible noise when driving. I immediately contacted the company with my concerns, and customer service responded promptly by shipping an entirely new engine, which arrived in two days. My 75-year old friend, who was an engineer in the US Army did the installation for me (I'm physically disabled), and the scooter worked even better than before. I was so incredibly happy with the company's ability to take a bad moment in my life and make it so much better.

I had purchased my scooter in June, but didn’t have a chance to get someone to help me with it until August. We were all set except for charging the battery and then realized that we were missing one of the cords. After searching everywhere, I reached out to Mbxcooter Customer Service and, without hesitation, they assured me that they had contacted the warehouse and a new cord would be on the way! It was the easiest transaction I’ve had with a company in forever! I would recommend them 1000%⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchased this scooter for my mother. It's perfect for her needs. Customer service was top notch as well. Would recommend.

When we got a scooter, it just had one small issue so we contacted customer service and they were excellent with walking us through it. The problem was fixed. I was amazed with the response time.I would definitely recommend them to anyone. My mom loves the scooter. She has had a few of them from other companies and this one is definitely the best one she’s ever had. Thank you again.

The Scooter is rugged yet light enough for me to put in our SUV. The power meter was damaged in shipment but the customer service team ordered a replacement meter which installed easily. Customer service is very responsive and we love this scooter which is very reasonably priced. Thank you!!

I bought my mother a scooter from this company and it stopped working , my mom is elderly and couldn’t figure out why it stopped working. I reached out to the customer service for help with the issue and they were so prompt with responding back to us. They sent my mother a new battery and charger and the battery was the issue, they resolved that issue quickly and we are very pleased with her scooter and their service. Thanks so much.

We bought the two scooters one for pasture driving and one to go shopping
My mom is 82 And she loves them both!!! It’s giving her freedom now that she thought she lost!!! WE LOVE THESE SCOOTERS

Updated Review:
After contacting Mbxcooter, I sent them pictures of the battery, they explained I had an older version of the scooter/battery and the Amazon listing should’ve never said lithium. They were quick to help and sent a replacement lithium battery.

We purchased our Mbxcooter Scooter from their Amazon store page. It worked great for a while, but the battery weight was much heavier than what I had expected for the Lithium MS20 25Ah (30-Mile) battery. When the battery wouldn't hold a charge for longer than 5 minutes, I went on Amazon to see they had removed the listing from their page. Taking apart the battery, I found that it was 2 - 12V 20Ah Sealed Lead Acid batteries running in series instead of 25Ah Lithium as it was advertised. The two batteries were glued together side by side with the battery information facing each other. I had to scrape them apart in order to see the battery's information.

The scooter was not what we needed. There wasn’t anything wrong with it, we just couldn’t use it for the purpose that we bought it. The battery was not strong enough for our needs. The customer service team was very helpful and responsive. I appreciated the time that they spent with me.

My husband is totally thrilled with his large TK500 scooter & the free M4 foldable scooter!!!

We received the foldable one 1st & he was able to use it on our 3-acre property that has a lot of different grounds with basically few problems getting around.

We ordered Red for the big one but in came blue & he didn't want to send it back because he was so excited to get it & he's had absolutely NO problems getting everywhere on our property.

The customer service is really good. The scooter is fine the color is really beautiful. I got the 45 mile version and so far I'm very happy with it
