Drew was very straightforward to deal with. He signposted each stage of the process before we went through it and used simple to understand language. He constantly checked our understanding of what we were doing and why we were doing it and he did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. The cost was also really competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending.
