The team is always willing to help and put students as their first priority. I had issue with my log in details when I joined, I emailed the team and even though it was a weekend, the team got back to me immediately. Tom, Remi and Steve are very supportive, they want their students to do well and they will do everything they could to help you do well in your exam.

Useless company
I paid for my deposit and one month direct debit. I logged in twice, didn’t even start the course. Cancelled and asked for a refund, took them forever to get back to me and said I have one of two options: to continue paying or to be charged two more months. Absolutely appalling and a crap layout for learning too. Would avoid like a disease. Useless customer service staff and slow accounts department. For an accounting place, you’d think they would have more pride in their accounts. Awful company

We are deeply saddened to hear that you were left with a bad taste in your mouth having left McArthur Morgan. We pride ourselves on good service and a high standard of tuition at McArthur Morgan and would never wish any student to cancel their course, feeling as you do.
As explained to you as part of your cancellation, whilst we do take into account your comments regarding your access to the course, when we set students up on our platform we incur an annual fee immediately for use of the platform. Coupled with initial set up costs, admin fees and the availability of the tutors, there is a cost to us of you being on the course, even if you choose not to login. Your review has left out that despite us abiding by our terms and conditions of cancellations, we did make a small refund of your first direct debit payment as a gesture of goodwill which is over and above our normal refund policy.
We wish you the best of luck with your study journey, and remain available to you should you have any further queries.

Excellent AAT tuition
I used McArthutMorgan as my AAT tuition provider for AAT Level 2 Accounting and, based on that experience, had no hesitation in signing up with them for my Level 3 Accounting too. I funded my own studies and used their online on demand programme to learn in my own time. From starting Level 2 to completing Level 3 took me 18 months, studying around work, and their videos and other materials helped me massively in gaining a distinction at both Level 2 and Level 3 Accounting as well as successfully applying for the AAT bookkeeping accreditation. The many videos provided really are superbly helpful in complementing the written materials. It's possible to study much faster or take a more leisurely approach, and what I liked about the online on demand is that you can and do go entirely at your own pace. My tutors Alan & Tom were always really quick to respond to any questions by email or by phone, and Remi & Siobhan were also immensely helpful with any admin queries.

The Best AAT course provider!!
I wanted to pursue AAT and looking at various providers. McArthur Morgan stood out of them all and were super helpful in resolving all my initial queries. Plus they matched the other quote so I started my journey with them. Having finished Level 1, I can strongly recommend McArthur Morgan. Alan's teaching style is great, and goes through all the topics systematically and thoroughly. Also there are lots of practise questions which help to cement the foundations. Shout out to Steve in sales and Siobhan who looks after the on demand curriculum. They both have been super helpful and lovely.

The absolute best training provider
I am currently studying AAT levels with McArthur Morgan On Demand. Absolutely fabulous training provider - I can’t rate them highly enough. Communication is so easy with them and everyone is kind, helpful, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. I am following Tom’s videos and they are brilliant- his presenting style is superb - chilled but packed with information in a way that is easy to understand.

An excellent training provider and excellent instructor, highly recommended
Excellent set up with the options to have each subject taught in live on-line sessions. These are provided at 3 different times per week to allow you to select which ones suits you best. Live sessions are recorded so can be played back for revision and consolidation of subject material/making notes etc. Very good revision opportunities with live mock exam debriefs. Further mocks provided with mock answers available. Supportive and enthusiastic instructor (Tom Dimelow) who provided answers to subject queries outside of the lesson via email within approx 24hrs latest. I felt fully prepared for each subject assessment. I have just successfully completed my AAT level 2 in accountancy thanks to McArthur Morgan.

Amazing studying experience
I have just completed AAT Level 2 and would like to thank the staff at McArthur Morgan and especially tutor Tom Dimelow for the superbly structured presentation of the material and support during the course. Level 2 AAT Distinction with McArthur Morgan
Level 2 AAT Distinction
36 year old mum of 2 (4 and 6), working part time.
Started course (live online) end of Feb, last exam beginning of Aug, result received early Sep. (Course takes a months break also)
I was nervous taking on this challenge, would I be able to juggle the commitment on top of family and work. Would I absorb info post children!
McArthur Morgans program is fantastic.
Live online interactive class (3hours/week), where you are encouraged by your tutor (Tim on my course) to participate, question and work through each online session. Post session you receive homework - videos (approx 3 hours broken down over several videos), reading of the course material and a homework session. Post module your revision sessions have plenty of additional materials to work through to get practical working of what you have covered to help you digest the information.
I am a worrier by nature and did put the work in with additional reading as I was focussed on passing. I took my exams at my local centre after each module in the order that McArthur recommends.
I struggled to find a course breakdown on the site - of a true timetable of course expectations which is why I have included the details above as it really is not a worry once you are enrolled. You can select a session that you wish to attend and if 1 time does not fit there are 2/3 other options to select and if none of these work for a particular week, no need to worry as the class is recorded and uploaded that week for you to view at your convenience.
I understand that they are going to make this more available to potential new starters which would be very beneficial.
My tutor and course manager (Remi) were so responsive, closed off any questions or assistance needed so prompt that there was never a feeling of being in it alone.
I feel confident having completed the course and am considering the progression through the next level...never did I think I would be saying that in Feb!

We are very proud of the comprehensive study package that we offer but this is of little use without the determination and hard work that you have dedicated to your studies. We can provide all of the necessary resources but it is down to the student to commit the effort. Given the fact that you have managed to find the time to study while parenting and working is no mean feat and you should be very proud.
As you have highlighted, it is difficult to advertise in detail everything that our courses offer, so I would also like to thank you for the detailed outline of our courses that you have provided in your review.

I successfully earned my Level 2…
I successfully earned my Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping through McArthur Morgan via an on-demand course. The course materials were thoughtfully organized with recorded instructional videos for each module. These resources greatly contributed to my achievement of earning Distinctions on my initial attempts at the exams. Alan served as an invaluable tutor, and I also opted to take my exams at their center, where the staff, particularly Siobhan, offered exceptional assistance. I wholeheartedly endorse this program and institution!

Positive experience
I started my AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting study with McArthur Morgan in January.
The tutors and staffs were all nice and helpful, especially Tom was a very good tutor. His lessons were always fun.
I have got a full time job and have a young daughter, but I managed to join live lessons most of the time and study by watching all recorded video. Having flexibility to join live lessons that suits my schedule really helped.
Recently I passed all the exams and achieved the qualification with Distinction.
Very good training provider and highly recommend.

McArthur Morgan have been fantastic in helping me gain my AAT Bookkeeping qualification. Always there to answer queries and further explain the course material. I also found them to be very honest from day one of what they thought I could achieve and how to achieve it - unlike a very well known ‘old school’ company whereby had I started my learning with them I would without doubt have failed at the first hurdle and given up altogether.

AAT Level 2 Distance Learning
I’ve just completed my Level 2 Foundation in Accounting with McArthur Morgan via distance learning. The study material was well put together and easy to follow. Each module came with digital workbooks and recorded videos explaining each topic. Thanks to this I was able to pass each exam on the first attempt and achieved Distinctions in most. Would highly recommend!

Straightforward, great quality materials, great tutors
I returned to studying after 20 years so was a little apprehensive about it.
I was guided through the application process and was set up with my course material within a week of completing the application.
I found the study material from McArthur Morgan to be easy to understand and the accompanying training tutorials to be easy to follow. I was always aware that there was help at hand should I need it with the support staff being quick to respond to emails or calls, but it was a rare occasion as I pretty much had what I needed to complete my studies.
I would recommend them, I did not encounter any issues at all.

Level 2 and 3 Certificate of Bookkeeping
I just finished the second assessment of Level 2 Bookkeeping and received a Distinction. I was very happy with the result as you would imagine thanks to the online courses and the support from the team at McArthur Morgan on making this journey so far very easy and pleasant. I signed up with Level 3 Bookkeeping with McArthur Morgan with no hesitation because I know what to expect. Tom is a great tutor and I look forward to watching his online classes. Level 4 AAT
Just started my level 4 with them. Had abit of a hick up in the beginning with materials but Steve and Remi (customer support team) was quick enough to sort this out. Have started with personal tax..... The videos and material sent via email is easy enough to follow along with the reading materials sent out. Have just received all my materials in the post.Hope to leave a more in depth review once I finish my studies.

Poor management, no clear schedule set for the course after 3 modules
In the begining all was ok until after three modules in up end of November. after that there was no clear schedule for last 2 modules, one of which was UACS and videos of this were given and info is out of date, exam time now is defferent and it is easy to say for them that exam might be on different software, they could do research and advise these differences. I had to buy subscription of software online in order to be ready for my exam. No word on synopsis at all. When I've asked about continuity of online course I've purchased no one replied to me. It looks like students are left on their own without clear date given when the course is finished etc. (I still have one last exam left and it looks like no one will be oreparing me for it) Very poor management towards end of the course no clear end dates set or advised. Would never continue higher level studies here.

Whilst I understand your frustration at not feeling guided through the course, I am at a loss to explain why this is the case as other students going through these modules at the same time as you have both sat exams and completed their course.
After receiving your feedback I searched to try and find if I had missed an e-mail from you that I had not responded to but again cannot find one but would welcome the opportunity to help and get you back on track.

I recently completed AAT level2 course…
I recently completed AAT level2 course with MM with option of live online lessons. Live lesson not only gave me the flexibility but also the motivation of class based lesson. The books and study support was outstanding. Changed to new syllabus mid way and found myself stuck on one particular module. Alan and Tom helped me to dig my way out. Thank you to all the fantastic team. Currently doing level 3 with MM. I highly recommend Mcarthurmorgan for AAT.
