Really pleased with the service from McCallums - we got a level 3 building survey on a February discount however unfortunately we didn't end up going through with the house we were going to purchase and they were kind enough to keep the payment on account for a couple months. As soon as we found our next property they got the survey booked in straight away. We received the full report a day after the survey took place. Very easy and quick communications via email. Highly recommend especially as a first time buyer.

McCallums are super reliable fast and we was very happy with how detailed our report was. Would highly recommend!!

Easy to access service, booked via a comparison website. Prompt communication throughout whole process. Surveyor engaged proactively with agent to book in within a few weeks of my instruction. Report ready within a week, which was detailed and easy to understand. Very reasonable price. Also very flexible if you need to move your survey between properties or need to rearrange for any reason. Easy to get hold of by phone or email. Useful online portal. Proactive follow up service. Would use again.

After using a comparison website to find a company to do a home buyers Level 2 report ahead of a house purchase I had to choose one that was in my budget range and could do it fairly quickly.

After getting lots of quotes, Mccallums seemed good value for money so I paid my fee and left the details of the estate agent with them. I didn’t really have to do anything else, they contacted the agent and arranged access, completed the survey, filed their report and it was all done within about 10 days so it was all really efficient. I was more than happy using McCallums and would recommend them.

I recently used McCallums Property Surveyors for a level 3 inspection on a property I'm thinking to buy in Northampton NN2 area. Despite not being super local, the communication from the team was great, they have a super easy and helpful online portal to check for any updates. Excellent experience from start to finish with McCallums. The communication was excellent when it came to paying for the inspection and selecting which level was right for us. They sent a message giving details of when the inspection was booked in for and then when it had been completed, the turnaround from payment to the actual survey taking place was much quicker than I anticipated. The report was then with me a couple of days later and it was really comprehensive and gave me a great insight as to what the property I'm purchasing will need doing to it once moved in. Would highly recommend McCallums and already have done.
