Very exelent service and very helpfull peoples work in McCambride.i been defaulted with two creditors i was not able to pay monthly payment but with McCambridge Duffy help and support i minimum my payment thanks for help me in difficult situation.

My experience has been so satisfactory from start to finish. The entire application process was explained in detail and given the stressful nature of a DSA proposal, I was always made feel comfortable,
at ease and listened to. Each advisor that I have had the pleasure of dealing with has been extremely helpful, empathetic, understanding, supportive, informative and highly competent.

Each staff member I worked with where very professional and informative. Once I got all my paperwork in order it was a really smooth process.

I was really struggling with the stress of debt. In desperation, I did a quick google search and found McCambridge Duffy, Staff I spoke to, Dara in particular, was extremely helpful and she answered all my questions, assuring me that I need stress no more. The process started immediately and all the staff were extremely helpful throughout.

Very professional and step by step guidance.... I was bit nervous in begining but they did my application in reasonable time frame and the result was as expected discussed in initial consultation. Highly recommend this team to anyone who is struggling with finances.

When I was at my lowest ebb and drowning in debt,I contacted McCambridge Duffy.From the first phone call in 2015 to the end of my PIA in October 2022,they were there for me every step of the way.I would recommend McCambridge Duffy to anyone who is struggling.There is light at the end of the tunnel and they will lead you there .

I had built up a lot of debt and had no realistic way to ever pay it back, Which led to me having many sleepless nights and contemplating what my next steps would be to try and regain some sort of control of my life again.
Having spoken to the creditors to try and renegotiate the repayment terms and them taking no action on this I was left with no options.

Thankfully I found McCambridge Duffy who took a look at my situation and quickly realized that I was indeed financially insolvent and that they could help me, which was a massive weight off my shoulders. They have done everything I could of asked for in helping me and the staff are great to deal with they make everything so straight forward. There is now light at the end of the tunnel for me and I will be forever grateful to McCambridge Duffy for the assistance that they have given me.

Had a PIA through Mccambridge Duffy. Very professional from the beginning. It was a long long arduous process, which in the main they handle very well. Entering a PIA is traumatic, and difficult, so be prepared. They were polite, and very much on your side, which after a long losing battle with creditors is very reassuring. The only slight criticism I'd have is over the course of the PIA, you deal with many different people within the company, which to an extent can be expected due to the length of time it takes(overall about 7 years including set up). But I would recommend a Case Manager, or go to type person for any queries which inevitably come up. They provide a general email address which is replied to, but it would be great to pick up the phone to a case manager. On the positive side, they charge you(the Debtor) no fees. All their charges are recouped from the payments made into the PIA. Let's face it if your entering a PIA the last thing you need are charges, so this is a huge plus
Overall I would recommend if you are in the unfortunate position of needing a PIA. Very solid, helpful, respectful service, who helped me greatly through an awful time.
