Absolutely wonderful experience.
Absolutely wonderful experience that not only offered paint for the cheapest price in Ireland (will also price match) but also provided next day free delivery and a wet paint sign thrown in for good measure. Pat McDonnell proves that even with the costs of having physical stores and premium online services, shopping local (ish) and Irish can be the obvious choice. I highly recommend.

I couldnt recommend this business more highly!
I perused their website yesterday evening. They have an extensive selection of paint.
The paint i wanted was on offer, i saved over 30% on branded items so was delighted.
Delivery is free within 30km also. Having ordered last night i was pleasantly surprised that Aidan delivered the paint to my door at 12 o clock,
I will certainly order from Pat Mc Donnell Paints again!

Great Experiences with Pat McDonnell Paints in Tralee and their Colour Consultant, Jules
My wife and I recently relocated from the US to County Kerry. We’ve been in the process of refreshing the home we purchased here. This includes several painting projects. We feel extremely fortunate to have found Pat McDonnell Paints in Tralee. The bright, roomy store is fully stocked with a wide selection of paints and painting supplies. Each person with whom we have interacted there has been very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. One individual in particular, though, warrants special mention. Jules McElligott is their Colour Consultant. While I’ve been in numerous paint stores previously, I’ve never encountered a colour consultant before. Now I can’t imagine selecting a paint colour without first consulting Jules. On one occasion, with just a vague description of what we were trying to do, Jules immediately pulled out a colour sample that was spot on. On another occasion, she suggested a colour shade different than the ones my wife and I had been considering. It, too, proved to be a perfect choice. As an artist, Jules has a deep, personal, and commanding knowledge of colours and their nuances that easily surpasses that of any commercial painter with whom we have worked in the past. On top of that, it’s just a pleasure to work with her. Even if you think you know what you want for your next painting project, I wholeheartedly recommend scheduling a consultation with Jules. Like us, I expect you’ll find her assistance invaluable.

Great experience buying my Dulux paint
Great experience buying my Dulux pain here. The website and online ordering was incredibly quick, and I couldn't believe the price difference compared to Woodies and B&Q. It was delivered quickly to my home without any issues. 6 stars for convenience and value.
