Lots of decorative ranges to add colour and style to your kitchen and many delightful Scottish made products too. Featuring hand painted Highland Stoneware pottery, Caithness glass and our current favourite - landscape art from Scottish colourist Scott Naismith ! Also a long standing toy shop with delightful wooden toys, clever crafts, jigsaws, family games, Playmobil, Djeco toys and much more. Genuinely brilliant
Genuinely, the best customer service I have received in a long time. The item I was looking to buy was at the time out of stock. Not only did Stephanie remember I was after the item and emailme to advise when it came back in weeks later , but then shipped the item quickly for Christmas. This is the customer service levels that rarely exist sadly now. I will be a long and loyal customer for sure.

I needed a jelly bag quickly.
My old jelly bag for making bramble jelly fell apart. I ordered online and it arrived very quickly. Now i can get on with this years apple, rowan and bramble jellies.Will visit the shop next time I'm in Oban.

Easy ordering and quick delivery
I wanted an egg pricker (for the shell of an egg to be boiled). My mother had one when I was a child and McDougalls was the only place I could find one like the one I remember. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick and efficient.
