Mc Gimpsey brothers have handled all my moves for many years. They are super helpful in particular Jason. I made so many changes to dates and other details but it was never an issue.

The guys on the trucks were also excellent handling everything with care.

We had a great experience with the delivery team who brought our large sofa from Omhu. Carter and Josh were incredibly friendly, professional, and hardworking throughout. They arrived exactly at the time they said they would, delivered everything smoothly, and did not make an issue at all even when the sofa did not fit in the lift. Their attitude and effort were truly appreciated. I only wish everyone did their job as well as Carter and Josh. A big thank you to both of them! we hope more companies get the chance to work with people like them.

The team at McGimpseys assisted us with our move in November of 2025, doing so at incredibly short notice as we realised that it wouldn't be possible for us to move all of our belongings safely ourselves as we approached our completion date. Sarah was our main contact during the organisational stages, and was outstandingly helpful throughout, responding very quickly to emails and phone calls, and doing everything possible to ensure that a team were able to assist us on moving day, including maintaining contact on the day itself to ensure that all was going smoothly, and that we had all of the support that we needed.

The crew worked to very high standards, always curtious and couldn't be more helpful. Ruth was a pleasure to deal with and made last minute changes for us with no problem. High praise to all the staff, they are a top notch company and I will definitely use again and can't recommend enough.

From the initial home survey until the last box was delivered, the service we received was excellent. Having the one point of contact to go to with all our questions was great. All the removals guys were super friendly and professional. Most of all I felt confident in trusting them with our possessions and that confidence wad not misplaced.
