For the third time in 6 months, the people who work at the Rocklin, CA. warehouse screwed up. I order supplies from another medical supply company and these guys have managed to lose orders, not take ownership of lost orders, and "forget" to input and process new purchase orders from the vendor I use. The most recent incident was because I ordered items last Wednesday, which ship the next day. I waited for the shipping email- nothing. Then on the 2nd day I called the supply company, she checked and discovered they had never input the paperwork into their system, even though online it showed "Awaiting Shipment". A manager at the supply company called the warehouse and told them to make sure the package was shipped today- it wasn't. The supply company tried to help but all they could do is to place the request and wait. I had to spend more money with another vendor to get these items shipped today, and I contacted my cc company and refuted the charges,
We were going to become a customer, but never ordered anything, and they put a lien on our building. Have been trying for six months to get this lien off and it is still there!!!
When such chaos in McKesson Medical Surgical is happening on a daily basis and nobody cares, while this monster is eating shareholder’s money, somebody has to become accountable. Institutional investors also have to become accountable for investing money in a “lazy corporation”.
By bad, this was meant for McKesson Pharmaceuticals!! If I could leave no stars, I would!! I lost my Dr of 13yrs because rumor has it, McKession was sued for several million for overdoses from their medication they dispense. My take is, if my Dr was at fault, he would have been charged! He was not!!! He followed the law to the letter! And I am a testament to every test and hoop we had to jump thru! I am also a testament that if you don’t abuse your medications, you don’t OD!!! Instead passing the buck and responsibility, put it where it belongs, on the addicts that abuse it! Rumor also has it that this company has threatened to cut off every, and any pharmacy that fills prescriptions from my Dr! Isn’t that blackmail? An illegal offense? Now people like myself that have degenerative disc disease, or other degenerative conditions or extreme pain, get to suffer!! I was diagnosed w/degenerative disc disease in my lumbar and cervical in 2005!. Twenty yrs of degeneration, after shots, PT, back surgery, all failed! And I have 4th stg cancer!! And now I have to suffer even worse now, the rest of my life because of this crap and the DEA! They should have no business in a Dr/patient relationship, period! So hope you rest well at night knowing the non-addicts that will now suffer terribly, especially me!
As noted by many others: this company is chaotic and highly unprofessional:
* The company closed our account without warning after years of ordering products and paying our bills on-time/in accordance with their requirements (who does this?).
* We were inexplicably informed that they could not re-open the account and that we need to "re-apply" (FYI - this is a tedious process with ridiculous terms in their sales agreement including "seizing" your company's assets).
* The sales representative for our region is non-responsive.
* The website is antiquated - you need to call the company if you want to get ANYTHING done (what a waste of time).
* They have high staff turnover (constantly changing sales reps).
It's amazing that they're still in business with this level of incompetence and indifference to their customers.
We were customers with McKesson for about 15 years. When we went to place a recent but urgent order for our office for procedures, it did not allow us to order because it said our account was inactive due to not ordering for a certain time period. They told us we had to set up a new account from scratch, fill out a new credit application, etc... Totally ridiculous. We're still not set up almost a month later because their temporary passwords don't work to set up our credit report that we shouldn't even need to be doing. We went another route for supplies and really just frustrated and disgusted with the company at this point. That's not how you treat a customer who has been ordering for 15 years.
I order supplies from McKesson. Whenever I order dysport, they receive my check and never cash it for 6 weeks. Then they charge me late fees. My bank tracks their checks and I have provided proof that they actually receive my checks more than 2 weeks before the invoices are due. They choose not to cash the checks in a timely manner and then make you pay late fees. I am done ordering with them. I submitted a complaint to the bbb. Anjali is the worst and most unresponsive rep (not sure he/she even exists). No one does their job. Everyone you call is completely clueless
There syringes are terrible, they have a bur on most of them. They are dangerous they cut you,hurt you, risk the bur or needle tip breaking off in you. I would say maybe 3-5 out of a bag of 10 is ok. This company really needs to be held accountable or have compliance inspect there products.
Horrible supplier. The website is also extremely outdated. It takes reaching a person to do every single thing - including just to reset your login password. Then it can take 1-2 business days to process. Another 1-2 business days just to update your address. Another 1-2 business days to place your order. It's just a very archaic system and then when you tell them it's too much of a hassle and just to cancel your order, they ship it out right away. I decided to cancel my account and find another supplier which ended up being much more affordable and I was able to get my license verified and place an order within an hour. Mckesson also applies limits and "allocations" on how much product and what type of product you can order. It's just ridiculous. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
I've never had to deal with such lazy incompetence with a supplier. If you place an order and there is any kind of issue, billing, backorder, etc. NOBODY will notify you, until you realize it hasn't shown up. When you call they won't care AT ALL
I have tried the McKesson Premium Hand Sanitizer with Aloe, Gel, Ethyl Alcohol, 70% Strength, 18 ounce Pump Bottle, Spring Water Scent, Latex-free and I can't say enough about it. I have purchased it close to 1/2 times now, and it is unlike any other. It doesn't have a bad odor, isn't too wet on the hand, doesn't leave your hands smelling bad like alot of the others, and it has a sweet after odor that makes me continually purchasing it. If you're looking for a premium product, you should try this one, I don't think you'll be disappointed. It also comes in different quantity portions to include one for the house (18oz pump) and a smaller one for your car, purse, etc.
This complaint is directed to the McKesson Corporation, acting in the service medical community as part of the distribution supply chain. In particular, McKesson Medical Surgical Inc. an organization in Bethlehem PA licensed as a Nonresident Wholesaler.

The expectation was that the needed medical dressing (50/CT) would be received as advertised and order per walmart site /DRESSING-TELFA-STR-6-X3-6-S-50-CT-KENDAL/665816625
But in fact, a solitary medical dressing was received. It is a challenge to me how a company that promotes corporate responsibility would engage in this sham. Any reasonable party would know that the need for Telfa Non-adherent Pad is in the care or wounds and post-surgical care. This requires multiple dressing changes during the day.
The question confronting me based on the action of McKesson acting as agent for MVS Discount Sales was this a bait and switch or gross carelessness in processing the order.
I identified McKesson role in this engagement from UPS shipping documents.
Good company to work for. The benefits are JUST OKAY! They show that they care for their customers as well as their staff. iCare is a great tool for the company. Customers are always first!!!
I am a cpap user and a heart patient. If I do not use a cpap every evening while I sleep it may trigger atrial fibulation. In my last cpap order (through Apria), Mc Kesson sent me a defective sized mask. When Apria informed McKesson of the problem they said I needed to get them the lot # from the package. I cannot believe that in the middle of a pandemic (with no complaints about product in the last 4years) they would not send me the right sized mask. This in my estimation is pitiful. I am up many hours of the night holding the mask to my face so I can breathe. Shame be to MKesson who would not approve of sending another mask out (the correct size), to a 76 year old customer.
