I had a new boiler fitted last Thursday by Michael. Came at time he said was so friendly and helpful cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend MDC plumbing and gas services to everyone. I got a few quotes from other companies, and MDC was the most competitive. Two days later, I already had a new boiler installed. Thank you. Lukasz

Mike arrived in time. Very efficient and professional. Very competitive prices and efficient boiler provided. Completed new boiler fitting in timely manner. No mess took all old parts away. Explained how everything worked. Excellent service very professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Mike was very polite on the phone and he gave us a very good service, arranging and booking us in whem convenient for us and him I would definitely recommend him and his team for any future work. Has 0% finance also which helped us out. Thanks Mike.

Mike came to Anglesey to fit a new boiler- the service was fantastic, came when he said he would, fitted on same afternoon, no hidden costs(most competitive) very professional and tidy. All paperwork for new boiler was registered including gas safety certificate.Can not recommended to highly .All round good man!

Mike went over and above for us. Mind it was over 100miles for him but he came on time, collected keys from agents, new boiler installed and made sure everything was working well and left tidy and clean.

Mike couldn’t be more professional and helpful, the boiler was installed within hours and looks superb!. After the install Mike showed me how to program the room stat. Will definitely recommend and use again in future projects

Fantastic team came the day they said they would which was 2 days before originally booked for because he knew I was of age that needed heating .. With permission of course.. and on time. I thought would be a long all day job with lots of mess.. NO 4&1/2 hours later old boiler out new one in and no mess at all..They cleaned up all .. I would say MDC is a very reliable trustworthy professional company and I would have no hesitation to used them again 100% .. thank you Mike and his team .
I would just like to add that I am a Merseyside pensioner (you all know in Merseyside what that means 😉)and MDC still went out there way to make sure I had heating as soon as possible ..

Mike contacted me on the morning of the boiler installation just to let me know he was on his way and estimated time of arrival. On arrival he introduced himself and got straight to work. He was professional and polite throughout. Upon completion I was expecting that I would have to clean up but Mike had already done a steller job. He took the time to ensure I understood how to operate the boiler before he left. I am very happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend Mike. Many thanks.

No flannel made some good suggestions as we were having our new boiler moved to the loft.
We wanted it done a certain way hiding all pipes , finished job was first class very neat and tidy

I would definately recommend Michael.He fitted combi boiler to my old home, and recently fitted new boiler and radiators to our new home. Very professional and completed the work to a high standard.

Very disappointing service.
Booked a boiler service and the engineer initially agreed on a date, then later said he couldn’t attend when I called to confirm. He rearranged for the following Monday and eventually came to service the boiler.

Shortly after he left, the hot water stopped working properly and was only slightly warm. I contacted him and he agreed to come back to fix the issue, gave me an appointment, then changed the date again when I called on the day of the appointment. Since then, I’ve had no response at all.

Poor communication and unreliable aftercare. I would not recommend.

Highly recommended MDC, mick and his team. Purchased our first home with 2 small children. All local plumbers seemed to try take advantage of my situation given my circumstances and it being so close to Christmas. Mick was honest and very knowledgeable and suggested a new solution which left all other plumbers in shock of why they didn’t think of it. Full removal of back boiler and old cylinder, update with combi boiler and water pressure pump (as water pressure was too low). Surveyed and installed within a week of initial contact. Shame you can’t leave 6 stars. Thank you Mick and the team.

Highly recommend MDC plumbing and gas services. I contacted Mike about a new boiler, he gave me all the information straight away what I needed and the cost. I had a few questions and straight away mike answered these and we agreed a date to install the new boiler. Mike turned up on time and did the job, even with a 4 year old watching his every move! He was really efficient, tidy and a really nice guy!

Mick and Sam arrived at 10. Talked about what they were going to do. 2pm, all done. Top job, clean and tidy, good all round. Really pleased with the outcome. Recommend them every time. Many thanks guys.

After getting several quotes for a new boiler MDC were the most affordable. Mike was very accommodating and was able to fit the new boiler the same week. When fitting the boiler he and his colleague Sam were very professional, polite, informative and efficient. They left my house clean and tidy and did a very thorough job. I would definitely recommend MDC to any of friends and family.

Just had my new boiler installed by Mike cannot thank you enough your service is truly amazing , from start to finish I have been very impressed by the whole service from pricing and no pushy salesmen all done by phone and the price was extremely good too. turned up on time all sorted in a few hours and so tidy
