We have now used MDT twice and cannot recommend them highly enough. They do a first-rate job and are very good on price.

The first was fitting our new kitchen, including composite work-tops. It took less than a day for them remove our old kitchen (other quotes were 2-4 days!). Their installation of the new one was swift, professional and problem-solving, with a team of experienced carpenters, electricians and tilers.

We then had them undertake a bigger project for us: building a new garden BBQ/bar area with a huge timber deck to coincide with my husband's 50th birthday party. Atanas’s team took our sketchy bar design and added finishing flourishes, like the art-deco-steeped chimney to compliment the 1930s era of the house.

The finished area is stunning and provided a superb party space, with the guest all blown away by the space it created.

MDT’s owner, Atanas, is highly engaged and always on hand to talk through any changes that might be required. His team are hard-working, motivated and approach things with a refreshingly ‘can-do’ attitude.

We will definitely be using them again for our next building project. Very highly recommended.

MDT have just completed a bathroom renovation for me - stripped back to brick and re built with a compete layout change - to become a wet room with underfloor heating, Walk in shower, moved the entrance of the wet room! Nothing was untouched! The teams that worked on the project were great, always on time, respectful of my property and the project - it didn’t feel rushed at all. They were friendly/approachable and talked through the project details that needed discussion. They are very customer focussed! Based on some quotes I received they were also great value for money and the finish looks amazing (lots of tiling detail that looks on point for sure and needed the right skills to get the look I wanted)! Really happy with the work Atanas’s teams have done for me. Thanks all! You’ve made the design a reality! So pleased with it!

We recently had our bathroom fitted by MDT Fixing. The quote we received was very competitive, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. Atanas and his team have just finished a complete renovation of our family bathroom. Everyone involved in the project has been extremely hard-working and the attention to detail has been impressive throughout.

I couldn't be happier with the service and finished work that MDT Fixing Ltd completed on our home extension and renovation. This included fitting our kitchen, wet room, and utility room, and plastering all of the internal walls and wood work and tiling throughout the downstairs. All of the workmen were polite and tidy and were well managed. The communication was excellent, and I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

I couldn’t recommend MDT highly enough. The team are all absolute professionals and made us feel completely at ease throughout the whole process of having our kitchen re done and floor re-levelled. We left them the key and went on holiday and they blitzed through the work and it was done to an incredibly high standard, and they really respected our home. The cost estimate was really fair and it was stuck to! there were no hidden costs and any issues we had with snags etc were all fixed in a timely manner before they would accept payment. MDT fixing gave us a good layout of time schedule and contract based on our initial requirements. We added a few changes throughout the build and they were very accommodating. This did involve some extra costs but it was added works that was not in the original contract. This did include a media wall, secret door and other non standard requirements which they handled well! Atanis and his team were reliable and very helpful and Vinny who carried out the bulk of the works was a credit to any firm with his quality of work. If we were to do another project I would definitely involve MDT Fixing

I'm very pleased with my new bathroom ensuite installed by MDT. They quickly removed the old suite and everything was taken away on day 1. That was great as I don't have much space in my flat. The workmen are excellent at what they do and took a lot of care to make sure I was happy with every detail. They were quick to let me know if a decision was required, and when I needed to swap something they were flexible in their approach to work around it. Snags and niggles both during and after installation were resolved no problem. Great work MDT.

MDT Fixing did a bathroom refurb for me and the quality of the workmanship is first class. A really top job. A lot of pipe work needed re-doing and Ross the plumber did an excellent job. He also fitted the bathroom and tiled it to perfection. Lovely guy who takes a real pride in his work. All the workman who worked on the job produced high quality work. Very pleased with the result and would recommend this company.

Mario and Ross were fantastic- I actually ordered the bathroom through B&Q and the service from B&Q was terrible- the only good thing to come of the experience was the fitters Mario and Ross. They were proactive and extremely committed to delivering the highest quality service and ensuring they completed the work in a timely manner. When B&Q didn’t deliver the materials required for the job they personally went to B&Q to sort everything out for us- including ordering and collecting these. Really appreciate the effort they went to and so thankful they were on the job as it made the experience a real positive one. Would highly recommend.

Mario and the team did a great job adding an en-suite shower room. I am really happy with the final product and they were very good to work with in accommodating changes as the project progressed and solving any niggles.

Brilliant job from Mario and his team. Replaced my full bathroom suite, shower and flooring, lovely finishing, job really well done. No complaints.
