I've been using this app for a few…
I've been using this app for a few months now and it is legit and payouts are done in 24 hours but the rate of tasks is too low you can at most get only $5 in couple months using this app

Update: it must’ve been a temporary glitch somewhere. I am now able to get into the app. I am notable to get into the app and will be changing my ratingI .have been using the MSR app for sometime now I’ve never had an issue. All of a sudden, over the last few days, I was logged out of my account and now cannot get in despite changing my password, multiple times as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I sent a email to the support area and still have not received a reply. If I have been banned, shouldn’t you at least owe me a reason or an explanation rather than just disconnecting me from everything and not responding to my support email? Bad move MSR, bad move. If you are mass banning ,you at least owe people an explanation.

got banned for no reason what ever the reason they are mentioning i havent done any of them most probably i got banned as i was close to withdraw and they dont want to give money after taking my data also no response from their side so cheap move by this app

Completed a task as instructed, then had it rejected due to not having enough data. This was a mobile browsing history task - it didn't state that you must use your phone for all internet browsing or you wouldn't be eligible (I have a laptop, so my only phone browsing happens when I am out of the house). So they still took my data, they just didn't pay me for it. I have instructed them to close my account as it is disgraceful for a company to harvest your data and refuse to reimburse you. Would not recommend.

When a task is rejected due to insufficient or ineligible data, the submitted data is not used, stored, or commercialised in any way. We do not benefit from rejected submissions, and participant data is only processed when it meets the task’s eligibility requirements.
For mobile browsing history tasks, a minimum level of activity is required to ensure the data is statistically useful. While we ask participants to indicate their level of usage before starting, we understand that this may not always feel clear in practice, and we appreciate this feedback.
